I would absolutely refer them to friends and family as they do an excellent job. They're always on time and I think their prices are fair. They're very responsive when you call and there's one plumber in particular that we deal with and he's very efficient. He tries to consolidate the services into as few trips as possible to save us money.

They were good. He did what we asked.

I was not there but he and I spoke on the phone. My assistant was there. He explained the situation and made a small adjustment to resolve the problem. I cannot remember the details at a moment...just that it was a very pleasant and professional experience.

I was very happy with their service. They were prompt, professional and very thorough, and they knew what they were doing. They assessed the problem and told me what was going on, and they gave me the options that I could do. I absolutely would use them again in the future.

Their work is great. The price is high. You get what you pay for. The follow up is great. They are thorough. They do it right the first time.

Milton and Carlos were on time, polite, very personable and professional. Went to work straightaway and were conscientious and attentive to detail throughout the installation and relocation. Maintained a clean work site and restored order upon completion. Nice, competent plumbers.

I met with Jerome to discusst the plumbing requirements for a "gut" kitchen renovation. Jerome mapped out the plan and coordinated his team around electricians and framers. He was sensitive to the routing of the plumbing so as to minimize the impact to finished living areas. Milton executed Jerome's plan over a three day period. Milton was very personable and professional. Of particular note was the proactive suggestion to relocate an outside faucet cut off valve to an easy to reach (under the kitchen sink) location. Overall a great experience!

I’ve stopped using them for a few reasons. Their work was fine, but I found them to be very high maintenance. For example, I drove over 300 miles to meet with them just to be told that they couldn't start work until the following day. Also, I thought their prices were high.

When the water was turned on, water started running down the outside wall. The plumber turned the water off and suggested the leak was in the wall. We removed (instead of the plumber) the paneling and dry wall to expose the problem. The condo had been "winterized" by a company that warned if it was not de-winterized properly, the people turning on water would be liable for damages. As it turned out, it was NOT winterized properly. The copper pipe has a split 1.25 x 0.124 (1/8). The leak was repaired, pressure checked and other plumbing fixtures checked to ensure everything was working properly. Angie's list was used to find a plumber and I am very pleased with the result.

I used them once and then called them up for an estimate but the price was outrageously high and I decided that I didn’t like the way that they do business. I wouldn’t use them again. These guys charge you $69 to look at the work and give you an estimate, even if they don’t end up doing the job. He gave me a $1,300 estimate and I ended up getting the work done for $270. I knew that their estimate was outrageous for what I wanted done.

Superb customer service and skill in the work, but wicked expensive.

The service from Plumb Works was very professiional. The technician arrived on time, did the inspections guaranteed by the Angie's List Big Deal and made repairs with efficiency and professionalism.

We called Plumbworks based on their great ratings on Angie's List. They came over almost immediately--within a few hours, which was great. The installer was polite and responsive. I felt comfortable enough to leave him to finish the job alone in the house since I had to go back to work. He was careful not to let our cats out, which we appreciated. Only complaint: the disposer cost $100, the labor to put it in was $230, WITH a $25 coupon. Since it was the exact same disposer, with no difficult installation or changes, that charge seems high, and would make me hesitate to call them again, unless I comparison shopped any estimate with several other plumbers.

Clean, courteous and fast. We were impressed by the job and how they finished it. Sewer lines cannot be seen or pictures taken but Plumb Works is professional and fast working. Based on Angie's list reports we did not quote with another company.

It was everything I expected in good work and service

I was very impressed with this company. I had another company come first and they discovered the problem, but did nothing that day to stop the leak. This company came immediately, tightened the pipes to stop the immediate leak and returned the next day to complete the work. They were very thorough and found a better solution than cutting through the wall to my neighbor's condo to get to the plumbing. The original estimate was $1200, but it turned out to be less work than anticipated and they quickly adjusted the bill accordingly. I will definitely call them for any problems and recommend Plumb Works as honest, professional and dependable.

They confirmed a leak in suspected location and fixed a valve that was the cause. Pretty straight-forward process.

Plumb works came to my home on an emergency call on New Year's Day. My sewer line was backed up and sewage was spilling into my crawlspace. Plumb works arrived on time and diligently worked for hours to fix the blocked sewer line. After his attempts to clear the tree roots that had grown through the line (my home was built in 1925), rick carefully explained our options, clearly laying out the problem and the costs, and not pushing us one way or the other. Once we decided to go with a complete sewer line replacement, which involved digging up my front yard and crawlspace to replace the line all the way to the street, they worked day and night to get the job done in just a few days. They even came back after the job was done, at our request, to fix a drainage trough they'd had to break apart to get to the line. They were happy to fix that for us. They also replaced the remaining, rusted out cast iron pipes for a minimal additional amount, since they were down in my crawlspace already. You get what you pay for - top quality, competent work. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Installation: Excellent on all counts.

The staff were efficient and knowledgable. They arrived on time and diagnoised the problem and fixed it. I was most impressed. Finding a good plumber is a very iffie task. I feel I have found a company I can used for all my plumbing needs.

The plummer was punctual, courteous, knowlegable and helpful. I've used this company on several occasions especially since they are local and I can always get someone out quickly. I have always had a pleasant experience. They are pricey in my opinion but I do believe you get what you pay for.

I would not use this company. They will not take on any project that is out of the ordinary.

Called 30 mins prior to arrival. Danny was very fast and careful, checking his work several times to ensure no leaks. He was careful to use 'booties' to protect my floors. I call in the morning and was offered two appointment slots on the same day. I had previously gotten a quote for $1000 from another company, but Danny ended up doing it for only $600. I would recommend this company and Danny and plan on using them in the future.
