It's great to know that there are still good people in the trade. I was convinced that I was about to have to have to purchase an entirely new water heater but Zakar simply upgraded the inferior hose with a copper pipe and that was the end of it. The whole thing took about 25 minutes and saved me over $600.00. Plumbing For Less is my new favorite plumber and I will definitely use them again.

It was great. The plumber was very professional and worked quickly. I was given detailed estimates before any work was done and I've had no trouble with the repair. I'd use them again.

Scheduled the job for an earlier afternoon, but got a call about 2 hours before the arrival time postponing it to the next day of my choosing. Second time came on time, did the job and result was acceptable. However, my bathroons were left in shambles, with detritus all over from his work, including discard tape and sealer and dirt tracked in on his feet.

PlumbWorks's plumber arrived during the scheduled time and since I wasn't on location, called with a report of their findings and an estimate of the repair cost. The plumber completed the repair quickly by clearing out the line and gave advice for watching for future blockages, with the likely cause being tree roots growing into the line. They took care of the problem quickly and efficiently, and I will be calling them again for future issues.

Hallelujah!! I finally found a plumber that knows what he is doing. I had 2 (yes 2) different toilets installed from the big box stores and after a couple a days I would have trouble with what appeared to be a clog. The box store plumbers/ installer "only" install. Don't ask them to help you with a problem :-( I hired a second plumber (that will go nameless) to diagnosis the problem and was given the run around (toilet valve issue, snake the drain, etc). I also called the toilet manufacturer - Kohler- and was told that I needed to "snake the vent in the roof". After 2 months without a working guest toilet I finally called Plumb Works. My appointment was scheduled; confirmed; and the technician showed up on time. They understood my issue, gave me a remedy and educated me on basic plumbing concepts. I purchased the one year service agreement and was provided with a price for running the Sewer Machine. Jamey described how the machine works and provided me with an estimate for the service. I plan to have the service completed shortly. Jamey is a "superstar" in my eyes. My only regret was not calling them sooner.

I got an inspection but they were high.

Jerome, Milt and Nate mapped out a plan of attack to plumb a second story additon of our 1929 Craftsman Bungalow Home. They worked seamlessly with our contractor to add a Master Bathroom, Guest Bathroom and a Laundry Closet. From start to finish, they were professional, tidy, clean and punctual. This is the second major project they have completed for us. A top notch organization!

Milton came by and gave me an estimated and was really friendly. I got another two quotes and Milton gave me the best quotes of the three. He installed two drain boxes and one clean-out drain line with 4 inches PVC pipe. He was punctual, friendly, and even met up with me late after work to over over maintenance issues regarding to the new drains. I was very pleased and I signed up for the one year service agreement. Milton is my man moving forward for any kind of plumb work with the house.

They are punctual and honest. The only thing which I do not like about them is that they will not give me a price upfront. They charge me a fee to come out and they will deduct it if I use them.

I did use them before. I did not have a problem with them. They were prompt and they gave me a lot of good tips and they would be someone I would use again. They were really thorough in their inspection.

I have been using Plumb Works for a couple of years, and always have been pleased with the quality of their work. But it was their response to my first real emergency that impressed me the most. Not only did they send someone immediately, they were also able to recommend a flood clean up company that came that day.

Extremely good work, highest quality. On time and well-done. But $1,050 for 3.5 to 4 hours' work seems to me to be expensive. Only materials used were about 20 feet of black pipe, some elbows, and two-cut-offs.

I cannot say enough good things about Plumb Works Inc. They had to dig a ditch about 8 feet deep to get to our sewer. They are competent, thoughtful on how to do the work in the least disturbing manner, aware of the area around them including landscaping and neighborhood. It was a large job and they made it work. We have used them for several years and all technicians have been satisfactory.

Originally we called Plumb Works because our drains in the bathroom had started draining very slowly, and we could hear the plumbing vent gurgling, so we knew that it was clogged. Jamey was able to go in through the bathroom, but could find nothing wrong from that end, so he went to the street to see about cleaning out the drain from there. That's when he realized that my sewer line was disconnected from the main when work was done on my neighbor's sewer line during a rehab project in our neighborhood several years back. I decided to have Plumb Works fix the issue as they were very professional about everything and handled the various parties involved very well. Once work had started, they were able to complete everything pretty quickly, and my sewer and drainage has been excellent ever since.

Milton diagnosed the problem as an incorrectly installed drain line under the house. The line was not properly braced and therefore was bowed in the center. Sludge had been building up in the bottom of the bowed pipe until it finally clogged the entire drain. He had to remove the toilet to clean out he clog. Today he's returning to rebuild the drain line. There was a $75 extra charge for Sunday work which I thought was more than fair. I have been using Plumb Works since they merged with North Atlanta Plumbing (also A rated on Angie's List). They are excellent and very customer oriented.

I have used Plumb Works on a number of times, and have generally been pleased with the work performed. However, I recently called Plumb Works about a standard install request, and it would not give me even a general range of how much this would cost -- even though its pricing is based on a task-based, rather than hourly-based system. The representative also would not have the serviceman call me to give me a general idea of what a standard install typically costs. Rather, she insisted that a serviceman must actually do this in person, for which, of course, there is a fee. I understand that every job is different, and that there are variables that ultimately can affect the final price. But, I think that it is unreasonable to expect someone to pay a fee in order to get even a rough estimate price that either may or may not be in the range of reasonable prices. Actually, in my opinion, this is simply a tactic to prevent price shopping with competitors, which rubs me the wrong way. In any event, I called a competitor that was highly recommended on Angie's List, and they were more than happy to quote me a price over the phone for the install (unforeseen variables excepted, which is completely understandable). Whether Plumb Works' price would have been better, I will never know. But at least I didn't have to pay a fee just to find out . . . .

The work went so well that I bought a contract that gives me a discount for future calls.

Milton was outstanding - he easily identified the problem and noted he would order parts and return to finish the job. Most impressively, he noticed an additional problem with the sink (that we had not noticed) and offered unprompted to take care of it without charge. The repair was performed well and we couldn't have asked for a better service. We will use them again for any/all plumbing needs.

Scheduling an appointment for the next day was a surprisingly pleasant experience. The person I spoke with was friendly, and very helpful in regards to working with my time frame. She also offered to email me a $25 off coupon for the service, and explained their pricing structure regarding a visit fee for sending a truck before I confirmed the appointment. The plumber arrived in the morning on time and was very friendly. I explained the problem (standing water in a tub), and he provided me with an estimate and time frame for getting the drain cleared. After approving the estimate, he got to work. He was prompt, worked cleanly, and explained the problem and how gave me a run-down on preventative measures given the nature of the plumbing in my condo. As a plus, the company takes credit card, and plumber will email you a copy of receipt/work order before leaving. Plumb Works also followed up with a phone call the next morning to ensure the work was completed to my satisfaction.
