The first time Randy fixed the toilet, it continued to leak. I called the company back and within 30 minutes, Randy had returned to fix the problem. I was pleased with their response to my problem and I was able to use a coupon.

The plumber was very efficient. The work was completed in a timely manner for the estimated price. The plumber was courteous and seemed to know what he was doing.

Excellent! They quoted a time, called prior to coming to be certain we were here, came on time, fixed the problem and left.

I was very impressed with this company. I needed something done quickly and they were able to get the job done. They were very knowledgeable and experienced. I do not remember the exact price for the job, but it was a couple hundred dollars worth of work.

They did a very good job. They showed up on time and were very professional. The plumber also cleaned up every area he worked in. We have not had any problems with the work that this company did. I would definitely use them again. I think the price was fair for everything that he did. It took him about 3 hours and there was only 1 person that did the work.

The representative at Plumb works stated the only way that I could get an estimate is if they visit my residence (which includes a $69 charge). A visit is not necessary for an estimate. This practice will alienate Plumb Works from many potential customers.

My shower drain had been hopelessly clogged. I'd bought my own "snake" and gallons of drain cleaner. One plumber told me I'd have to knock a hole in the ceiling below and cut open the pipe. Clint Van Zant came over and the first thing he did was put paper shoe covers over his boots, which impressed me. He confirmed it was a rock-hard blockage but he worked about twenty minutes...it was messy...and he cleared it out. I know he even broke one of his tools in the process. He then cleaned the bathroom thoroughly. He was professional, diligent and friendly.

I made an appointment and was told that it would cost $69 for a visit. If I had Plumb Works do the job, there would be no fee for the visit, but if I did not like the estimate, I had to pay the $69 fee. I made an appointment because I really wanted the sink replaced. Eric Ponder arrived at the promised time. He looked over the job and gave me an estimate of $1215. That seemed a bit pricey since I had already purchased the sink and faucet but I told him to go ahead and do the work. Another plumber came to help him move the two sinks (they are VERY heavy). He installed the sink and faucet exactly as promised and furnished (without extra charge) some small parts that were missing. It looks great and works perfectly. I felt that he worked quickly and efficiently. He was respectful and polite. When he finished, he left my kitchen clean and he hauled off the boxes and old sink and faucet. I am very happy with the job.
