We are extremely pleased! After Will and his assistant completed cleaning two rooms as advertised in the Angie's List Big Deal, we asked them to clean a few other areas (bedroom, stairs and hallway) which they did at their regular price. Even without the Big Deal, we got exceptional value from a very professional and courteous provider. This is a "keeper" and Platinum Carpet Systems will be our regular cleaners on a routine basis. We highly recommend them.

The service worked out just fine. Initially, it was a little bit tough to make a schedule but when we finally got that worked out, they arrived when they said that they would. They did a fine job.

While the price of the cleaning was reasonable. They were hired to clean a carpet that was stained by pets. After they "cleaned" the carpet the pet odor remained. They informed me that if the odor was in the padding it could not be removed. So after I paid extra for an enzyme treatment, I was told that what I was trying to clean could not be cleaned. I ended up tearing out the carpet and replacing it with tile. Overall I was very dissatisfied with the service and would neither use them or recommend them to anyone.

Terrific carpet cleaning. The carpet was spotless when they were done and it was dry in about 3 hours the had done such a good job of drawing out the moisture.

The technicians that came out were very personable, they were professional, they were fast but they were also nice people to talk to. So you needed to have to get out of the way or they didn't try to run you off. It was just a very good experience all the way around. There was nothing wrong and the results were better than I expected.

They were very polite. They cleaned the carpet in my basement. I had told him they could bring the truck around the back of the house, because I have a walk-out basement, but they said no. They drug the hoses through my house that were wet. My foyer is wood, so I had to put towels under the dripping hoses. They did not vaccum the carpet before they cleaned, or move the furniture to clean under, even though I had asked if they would. The carpet was very wet after they left. I saw a spot in front of the wine rack, and touched it. It was not wet, so they had not cleaned that part, or under it. I don't think they had put spot remover down, because the stains were still there when it dried. They used the sprayer and sucked up some of the water, but that seems to be all. I have a bike that I have to ride for my health in the basement. One of the tabs on the handle had been pulled out that controls the tension, and will not go back in. These are things that I was not happy about. I would not recommend them.

Scheduling appointment was easy. Office staff and technicians were friendly, helpful, and professional. Technicians called prior to appointment to let me know they were on their way and arrived when they said they would. They explained what they were doing and how long I needed to expect it to take for everything to dry completely. Carpets looked so much better after they left. With the purchase of the Angie's List Deal, it was a great value.

It was fine. I wasn't actually here, but my husband was. They did a nice job!

They came out today to check the rooms. They advised that it would be an extra $38 for one of the rooms. I ended up cancelling the deal because of that. They also cancelled an appointment with me once.

I took advantage of special sale offered by this company and added on cleaning the carpet on stairs. Company was prompt and professional. My only complaint is that I didn't feel they got out a couple of stains that I pointed out, even though another company that I usually use is able to remove similar stains.

The appointment scheduler had my information from the last time I used Platinum and that saved time. She was courteous and compared what I needed done to their available specials/coupons so she could save me the most money. The cleaners called ahead, arrived within the estimated window, and completed the job thoroughly. Stains are gone accept for one room where the dogs really left their mark. I have not yet called Platinum about the issue but will soon. I have faith that they will correct the problem. Once that is complete they will receive all As from me.

Called to confirm 24 hours prior to appointment. They called again 40 minutes prior to arrival. Upon arrival I was greeted by 2 gentlemen who were dressed in uniforms and ready to work. We discussed the details of what would be cleaned and they promptly got started. I was amazed at how clean they were able to get the carpet in such a short amount of time. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering having their carpets cleaned.
