Todd, of Pipe Dreamz, was the consummate communicator and accommodating. I’d be remiss not to mention the ease of payment, brevity and cleanliness of service. He was was able to survey the issue and complete the job in less than 24 hours. And he was informative about the work that needed to be done to resolve the issue. I felt better after having listened to his diagnosis and I was excited to move forward with his services. Two thumbs up for Pipe Dreamz. I will be working again with them in the future.

After repairs and spending over a thousand dollars, the internal plumbing did not work. The company said they do not handle internal and I got a new plumber. Turns out the line was not flushed and this caused blockages. I am having to pay all over again. Not happy

As a home owner for over 50 years and dealing with dozens of contractors and service companys I can honestly say that working with Todd at Pipe Dreamz was the easiest and best experience I have ever had. Initially I was skeptical of his lower bid but after reading the enormous number of positive reviews I took the chance and I could not be happier. We made an inquiry around 9 P.M. and he communicated immediately (during the holiday season mind you). He made availability for us to replace the entire water main the very next day (80 Ft.) His affordability in this economy was also very much appreciated. He worked with our family financial wise and offered incredibly competitive rates compared to other local companies. He also took the time at no extra cost to check other minor issues for our family which was really the icing on the cake. I will always recommend this business!

This was a job that warranted a second opinion. I was upfront and told Pipe Dreamz that I would be seeking a second opinion. They had separated themselves from the competition at this point.They told me what the other company was going to quote me, left me a tool to turn the water off and on at the main, and gave me a schedule for open appointments. After I got the second opinion and was charged for a quote by the second company, I knew Pipe Dreamz was the company to stick with. Before it was all done, they replaced my main line, my neighbor #1 main water line, and helped neighbour #2 troubleshoot a leak that was the result of a worn flapper. I am sticking with this company for life. I could go on and on about how he was able to quickly diagnose my problem and identify the poor materials used in my neighbor's repair that took place 5 years ago. I can only recommend one plumbing company, and Pipe Dreamz is it.
