Came to clear a clog. Pointed out the problem that caused clog and replaced section of piping. Have had several plumbers in past. No one ever pointed out the problem. Will hire this company next time I need a plumber.

Pipe Dreamz is just that....a dream to work with!! Shannon, the owner, was honest and upfront about pricing. His knowledge of plumbing matched that. We had a leak in our main pipe to the house. Shannon sent out Brandon to the house. There was no trying to sell me a whole, new pipeline into the house, like other companies were pushing. There was just the honest fixing of the existing pipe - what a plumber is supposed to do. Plumbers are not salesmen - they're plumbers! Brandon not only found the leak, but he found an additional leak and fixed both of them!! He did not upcharge me for the additional leak repair like most other companies would have. He just wanted to do a good, honest job at a very fair price. I tip my hat to this company. Job VERY well done! If you have a plumbing issue, please do not hesitate to call these guys. I cannot say enough good things about them! Excellent, excellent work and honesty!

The entire experience was great, from my first contact with one of the principals, to the actual work itself and the post-work clean-up. They were fast, efficient, punctual, courteous. They had all the tools to get the job done, and their price was among the most reasonable. When they first contacted me, at first I told them that I had already made contact with 3 other companies and did not think a fourth was necessary. I am glad I changed my mind about that. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Wow! Todd really worked to make sure I was satisfied with their work. He kept his word and returned today to do a site clean up; after the yard dried and was ready. I can now say I’m throughly satisfied from start to finish!

They did a great job and even satisfied a side project that was not included in the original contract. Two employees were hard working and skillful, and they worked till 1am to make sure the inconvenience brought to my tenant was minimal. Will definitely use them again.
