Brian Jones cane to our home on s Saturday morning , checked our leak and determined it was unrelated to our plumbing but was related to our irrigation system (which was under service contract with a different company). We offered to pay him for the service call but he refused payment stating he offered free diagnostic. That is a rare service these days! He was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this business!

One of the best experiences I have ever had with a plumber. Guys drove 2 hours to get to my site after my previous plumber said that the issue was with the main line and *he did not do that*. Guys drive out determine that there is not an issue, but that the previous guy actually nicked my gas line (which I then had to call to get immediately fixed). These guys spend time reviewing all the previously done work to make sure that it was indeed fixed and end up charging me nothing because *they did not need to do anything*. Exceedingly nice and professional. They have won my business for a lifetime. Most plumbers you have to pay for them just to show up. These guys were amazing even though they were not making a dime from me this time.

One big major company told me a high dollar amount to fix my main sewer line. Pipe Dreamz did it for half the price....they are an all around great company.

Pipe Dreamz quickly responded quickly and had excellent communications. I had a water main leak and the other guys wanted $3k to replace and do additional work. Pipe Dreamz performed a repair for much much less. They were honest and dependable. Very reasonable pricing. Easy to work with and definitely will use again.

I hired Pipe Dreamz because unlike Delta Plumbing, Pipe Dreamz gave me a reasonable quote from the get-go. Shannon and Todd came out early Sunday morning and by 2:00 pm they had ran a brand new water main line from the water meter to my house. The leak was repaired just like that. They had all the right tools for the job, they did not stop until the work was complete and the yard was back in order and all debris was picked up. I honestly felt that Shannon and Todd were extremely honest and ethical and I am so grateful that they did such an awesome job for me. Also, Thanks to HomeAdvisor for the timely referral.
