They came out to the house when they said they would. They completed the work in 4 hours the next day. I was not at the house, but my wife said they were professional and friendly. They solved my clogged pipe problem. Yes I am very pleased with their service.

Pipe Dreamz was called for our business CleanStart: Colonic Spa and Herb Shop. An urgent situation occurred Saturday night and Todd & an associate were able to come Sunday morning. They were on time (7:30 AM) and diagnosed a complicated situation with the Angel of Water Colon Hydrotherapy machine with a camera (which most companies do not have) and got the cleaning tool out. The price they quoted was excellent and didn't up the charges when it became a little more difficult than they thought. We are putting them on our first call list for anything related to plumbing!

Within two months of purchasing an older home via an estate sale, the toilet started backing up whenever I used the washing machine. I reached out to several companies, then hired Pipe Dreamz. I was impressed with their diagnostic skills as they were able to pinpoint the problem pretty quickly. It was a massive sewer line blockage with tree roots that had been growing in the pipe for years. They thoroughly explained what needed to be done and why. I compared their cost estimate with others and they were competitive. The guys were very personable and clearly knew what they were doing. Although it took an extra day to complete the job, I am a happy client and will definitely use them again.

He came on time. He clearly explained what he was working on, he had a good attitude and done on time as well with additional work.

He was really good. He had quoted me a price for the work he thought needed to be done, but the work turned out to be smaller so he renegotiated the price to a lower one. He completed the work without issues. He is friendly and easy to communicate with. He even followed up after the work to make everything was working properly.
