Professional, clean, courteous, they even went out and bought the right kind of mounting bracket for my 55 inch TV, instead of canceling and rescheduling. They had to create an outlet over the fireplace and did it all without any problems. They are great, respectful and timely. Also, a lot less expensive then the others. The highest recommendation possible

My name is William, and initially, with all the craziness going on in the world today, I was very reluctant to hire someone I did not know. However, I have to say that hiring James was not only a great decision but one that I will make again in the future, should I have any additional installation requirements. James and Tyra did a great job. James quickly responded to my request on HomeAdvisor and was able to accommodate me on a Sunday. In my case the installation posed a couple of unexpected challenges, which were successfully met with expertise and professionalism. After the installation, James patiently demonstrated all of the TV's features. I give Pinnacle the highest marks.
