PERSNICKETY CLEANING SERVICE

Anna was wonderful and professional. She assured me that a member of her staff would be available for the date that was requested. I requested service for 9 - 10 am. However I agreed to 11 am. I received a call at 11:24 am from the staff saying that she was late (no apology) and that she will be on the way AFTER she finished getting cleaning supplies at Home Depot. At 1:00 pm, I called Anna to relay that she was not only late but didn't call either. Anna apologized and asked what I wanted to do. My husband and I decided to cancel the service. Around 10 minutes later, I received a call from the staff in which I promptly sent to voicemail. The voicemail message left from the staff member contained the following statement, "Was that you who called Anna to cancel? If so, sorry I was late. I had to get cleaning supplies from Home Depot and I was having problems with my GPS." Later I received a text stating that she can come on Tuesday at 9 am to which I never replied. While I appreciated Anna's professionalism, I would definitely say that her staff can leave a less than memorable experience ESPECIALLY for a FIRST TIME customer.

She does an excellent job. She is very personable. I would recommend her to anyone.
