They gave use recommendations of what we can do with our windows. They did the job in two days. The cleaned up was wonderful. Dan, who had been the sales rep, who first showed us products and measured came back after the job was finished to make sure everything was done correctly. He also took pictures. He gave us recommendations on a window that became foggy. Their quality insurance even called and said she would come out to make sure everything was done right. We are totally happy with the work.

It went so much better than I anticipated. It wasn't difficult. They were in and out in less than a day. We will see how the widows perform. Their sales person was much nicer than the other proposals we received.

WE DID BUSINESS WITH DAN ABOUT TEN YEARS AGO. IN ALL HONESTY HIS QUOTE INITIALLY SEEMED A LITTLE HIGH SO WE SHOPPED THE COMPETITION. I GUESS WE REALLY WERE LIVING IN THE PAST . CONSIDERING THE QUALITY AND THE EXCELLENT PAST EXPERIENCE, DAN'S QUOTE WAS LOWER THAN THE OTHER TWO PROPOSALS WE GOT. EVERY COMMITMENT WAS MET AND EXCEEDED. THE INSTALLATION CREW WAS ON TIME , THROUGHLY PROFESSIONAL AND MOST TALENTED. RICHARD SILVERNAIL AND HIS TWO MAN CREW WERE A+++. IN THAT SILVERNAIL CONSTRUCTION IS AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR THAT WORKED THIS JOB FOR PELLA, WE WERE LUCKY THAT THEY HAD SOME OPEN HOURS ON THEIR OTHERWISE BUSY SCHEDULE TO REHANG SOME DOORS THAT OVER THE YEARS LOST THIER TIGHT SEAL. THE COST OF THE ADD-ON WORK WAS FAIR AND WE ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE.

Our initial contact with the business was very good. Branden was the sales person, and did an excellent job presenting the products and working with us on what would best suit our needs. Weather was a factor, rain delayed the start of the project, but it was finished in a timely fashion. Two concerns with the installers. We asked them to call and let us know when they would be coming on each day, and this only occurred once. The second concern was upon arrival at our house, both guys would automatically use our bathrooms. One of the guys "destroyed" the toilet, and didn't clean up after himself. (My wife cleaned up the mess). Every time they showed up to work, they would start the day with a bathroom session. I felt this was pretty un-professional, and if I was in the same situation, I would stop at Quiktrip or McDonald's to take care of my business. There was also a glitch in the ordering process. We payed for grills for the windows, but it somehow didn't make the initial order. This was quickly corrected.

My experience with them went remarkably well. It went well from our first meeting with the sales rep. Everything they said they would do, they did and they did it with efficiency.

It was rough initially, but they did a really great job of fixing the problem that the installers created. From what I understand, the installers are no longer even with the company. They did a stellar job with their customer service after the rough start. They handled everything perfectly. It looks beautiful now. But what they first did it, the door didn't fit, so they piece-mealed it together and it looked horrible. If we had wanted it to look that bad, we would have gone with a cheaper company. The Pella Company was amazing. Their installers are contractors that have their own companies. It was the contractors that we had the problem with. We were probably the last installation of that crew. We didn't even pay for the entire job at that point and we withheld funds because they had not completed the job. We kept trying to contact the installers about the money that we owed and they just never even got back with us. The job was done in September. We didn't pay Pella until the end of January, when they completed the project with a new set of installers. It was pricey, but it's definitely a quality product with a fabulous warranty. It took us a long time to get this resolved, and I couldn't quite get somebody from Pella to call me back.

They did very well. They prepared the area and made sure nothing was damaged inside the house. They worked fast. They were big windows and they did them very well. They were pricey, but we got good quality windows.

I have always used them. I have always liked them because they are courteous, they clean up after themselves, they are on time, and there is no hidden cost. The price was competitive. It was right within range. The quality and responsiveness were excellent.

We could not have been more pleased. The salesman did not try to steer us toward his most expensive products. Instead he steered us to the products that best fit our needs. I have a tendency to "want the best" but the salesman explained the trade offs between some of their more costly products and the product that he recommended for our application. He was absolutely correct. The installers were on time and very professional. Not to ignore that it was a treat watching such skill craftsmen doing such superb work. We were delighted.

It turned out just fine. There is no worst part. They did a good job. I would tell a family member or a neighbor that we have a sliding glass door in and Pella did a good job. They were excellent.

They were absolutely great. I thought their pricing was a little high but it was worth it. They could do what I needed and other companies couldn't do that. It looked perfect the minute they put it in.

It was absolutely fantastic. The best part about their service is when you decide you're going to go ahead with them, somebody comes out and measures the opening, and then before they actually make it, another guy comes out who has not been here and re-measures everything to make sure they got it right, and then after they install everything, a customer service rep showed up one day at the door just wanting to know how everything was. Overall, it has been very very satisfactory. It's a great product. All the doors they put in are what are called a triple lock so when you lock the door, there are 3 deadbolts that go into the frame so it's a great security device. They clean up easily. We did get competitive bids and they're all very close. It's just that I felt their products were better.

I have read the consumer support about their windows and high quality product and I compared them to others and they're significantly less expensive. There were lot of communication in the sales side but I had several installation issues and they have nothing very responsive to those issues. I actually had to have them come out and redo all the windows and then I also noticed that there were this significant mistake made in the installation of my patio doors. I would not use them again in the future.

It turned out great. I've just felt they had a very good name and we love the product. We did not get a second opinion on cost but I know that Pella would probably be expensive but we were going by name. We would possibly use them again. We may check out prices but I would definitely consider them.

The young men that came out and did the work were absolutely professional. They knew what they were doing. When you manage your window that large and over your head, you can't afford not to be choreographed almost. It was kind of like the Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers dance. He dances great, but she dances the same steps only backwards. When they installed the window, if they're not very careful in coordinating their work, they can shift all the weight on the one person. They were working off the ground, one was inside the house and one was outside. They absolutely installed it flawlessly without any safety issues either to themselves or to the window. They were beautiful windows, but if I had replaced all the windows in my house, I would have spent somewhere between $15,000 and $20,000. I personally think that was inordinately expensive. The windows were high quality. They were absolutely first class. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and when they said they were going to do it.

They were excellent! Both their workers and quality of materials were excellent. They were not the lowest quote, but the entire experience was great.

The representative was wonderful and worked around our timeframe. We did about half the windows one year and the other half the next year. I believe 25 windows total. The crews were on time and really knew what they were doing. They finished, usually earlier than they estimated, and their clean up was excellent.|We didn't compare prices because of all the good things we had heard about Pella.
