Description of Work: I contacted Peachtree via email and requested info on their 30 yr fixed mortgage. They showed a very low rate in the Atlanta paper, including no points). The sales rep was responsive to my email and called me back. I answered his questions and received a non-binding quote via email. The quote included an interest rate higher than the rate in the newspaper. I replied that I would need to study the quote. After some review, I sent back a question regarding the availability of a no-points, no closing cost loan. I received a terse reply that they did not do no-closing costs loans and that they were removing my inquiry from their records. I thought this was odd that they would not pursue my business in another counter offer. Maybe there was something else about my profile that raised a flag with them. (My credit score is over 800).

Description of Work: I have used Peach-tree Mortgage Services, INC on several occasions. I used them when I purchased my home in 2003. I have since refinanced a couple of times using their services each time. Gary and Thad are great to work with! They offered me several options on loans and helped me be an educated consumer. With the last refinance I closed at 5.375 on a 30 year fixed loan! I'm afraid they won't be getting an additional business from me for a while this this incredible rate!
