They were wonderful. They were very accomdating. It was easy to make the appointment.

I made several attempts to schedule this pickup with Ryan. Each time he was professional in dealing with my issues regarding a pickup date since I had to coordinate with my daughters schedule. On the day of pickup, they phoned ahead to confirm that the pickup was still scheduled and offered to come a little earlier if possible, due to another customers's cancellation. They did an awesome job of removing the furniture and the price was outstanding when compared to other companies. I would most definitely recommend to others and use again.

Extremely well. The crew was prompt and professional. They hauled off empty boxes that I had in my garage for months. After the boxes were removed, they swept the area. I have never seen my garage this clean. I would highly recommend this service!

Second time around with Ryan and his crew. I have him saved in my phone now! I used him about a month ago and was so pleased I called him again. I called him on Monday morning the 14th of October, told him what I had, he gave me a price and told me he could be there by 12:30. I said see you then! His crew showed up at 12:25 verified what I needed done and within 20 minutes they were on their way! I can safely say I now have a go to guy for all of my hauling needs! Well done Ryan and crew! Well, the other glowing reviews of Peachtree Junk Removal were certainly accurate! Our two-man crew, Luis and Kelvin, called a half hour before showing up, were exactly on time, very polite, professional, and extremely quick and hard working. They rival a moving company in the way they were able to pack the truck efficiently. We had everything from chaise lounges to Christmas decorations to old carpet and padding, no problem. Pricing was less expensive than renting a dumpster and doing all the heavy lifting ourselves. Best of all, they even swept up after finishing the job, which we completely did not expect. We've always heard that great customer service is when a company exceeds your expectations, and that certainly was the case here. We will definitely use Peachtree Junk Removal again and will ask for Luis and Kelvin for our next project.

Ryan and his team was absolutely wonderful. my work schedule is crazy at the moment and i did not have the time to meet them there to go through everything. Considering this, Ryan worked over the phone with me and was able to go look at the amount of debris i had for a quote and ultimately haul it off without me actually having to be there. they did an outstanding job and left things looking as if the debris had never been there. They were very professional, top-notch, and when/if i ever have a need for this type of service, i will definitely call them.

They were fantastic. From the initial conversation with the owner to the guys who came to remove stuff. VERY PROFESSIONAL! The movers were quick to make us feel better about the amount of stuff we had (we were embarrassed and they assured us it was nothing to be ashamed of!). They worked very quickly and utilized our time well. I've never seen a more efficiently packed truck (they use a large box truck and he used every square inch of it!). We went over our estimated time a bit to get the last few things out but the guys were quick to let us know what the extra cost would be. It was a wonderful experience and we will definitely be using them again!

Everything went smoothly from the follow up on my initial inquiry to the completion of the work. Jason was quick in coming out to look at the job and was clear about the pricing. The work was scheduled just a couple of days later on a Saturday to fit my schedule. The guys who came out were careful, friendly and quick. All in all, a great experience.

Ryan and his crew were excellent. I contacted Ryan and had a very nice conversation with him. I told him what I thought I had and he gave me a cost based on my description. I was way off on my estimate of the job and Ryan was very professional in handling my apparent lack of estimating. He again went over the price structure and how he charges and I happily paid for the job he did for me. Jason and his other associate did a top notch job of cleaning the enormous mess I created in my basement remodel efforts. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism that he and his associates displayed. I will use them for all of my hauling needs in the future! The service was exceptional. They called when they were on their way and arrived when they said they would. The two gentlemen who did the work were extremely professional and courteous. They surveyed the work and immediately got busy loading all of the items into their truck. They completed the job very quickly, faster then I expected, and even clean up after themselves by sweeping the area what the junk was. When they were done, the asked me to look around to make sure they didn't miss anything and they even had me look in the truck to confirm that they did not pack up something they shouldn't have. I would definitely recommend and will use them again if I need this service again.

The service was great. They are extremely professional on the phone and talk you through the best option to get everything removed at the best price. It is hard to judge exactly how much trash you have in "truck loads" but they help you through the process. They came and removed the debris while I was at work and left everything completely clean and in great condition. They called the next day to process the payment. Great service!

I had several large items laying around the house that needed to be removed and I finally called someone to come get it hauled away. Ryan was very nice and professional from the very first phone call. He set up an appointment quickly and explained their pricing. I also received 10% off for being an Angie's List member. Luis and David, the two men who came out to haul the items away, called 30 minutes before arriving as promised and showed up right on time. I pointed out the items to be removed and they got right to work. They were very professional and made it look easy. I thought the price was fair for the bulky items they had to remove. Luis and David also informed me that they try to recycle anything that is still in working condition so that made me feel good because some of the stuff could be reused if someone else wanted it. Next time I won't wait so long to call when I need junk removed.

Ryan, the owner, came out and gave us an estimate. He shows you a price list and surveys what you have. Paint cans can cost extra. All of this is explained. They charge by the truck load and by time. It is very fair. He was very friendly. His team arrived on time on the scheduled date and worked very hard. They were excellent packers. They did not just throw things on their truck. The men were very nice and professional. I would definitely hire them again!!

When moving to a new house you realize just how much stuff (thinking of another word here) you have accumulated. A lot of which you wish you had not. Over the course of our move we accumulated a large pile of things we no longer wanted and for the most part nobody else did either. I had originally purchased one of Angie?s List Big Deals for junk removal from another company and was having a hard time getting the to call me back. So I called Peachtree Junk Removal and what can I say except that it was the best decision I made all week. They were able to fit me in that same day and to meet my request for a later than normal time. They arrived exactly when they said they would. We did a quick walk through of the stuff I wanted gone and they quickly loaded it into the truck. The service was great and the guys were very nice. I will defiantly use them again!!

They did an EXCELLENT job. I filled out their online appointment request form on their website last night and Ryan called me this morning to explain their service, pricing, etc.. I thought their prices were VERY reasonable compared to the 3 other companies that I have used in the past. They were able to set up the appointment for noon today, so the pile of trash was removed in less than 24 hours of me contacting them! They were very professional, polite and did a great job cleaning up after they had loaded all the trash into their truck. I would definitely recommend them and I will certainly be using them again in the future.

I am extremely pleased with the service provided by Peachtree Junk Removal. The men were professional, fast, and very accommodating. I had big variety of junk to be removed from a major garage cleanout, and they had it all loaded up and ready to cart away in under 20 minutes. I've used other junk haulers in the past and Peachtree's prices are much better than I was anticipating. I have more cleaning to do so I *will* be calling for future service! Thank you!
