Peachtree Junk Removal

I'm prepping my house for the market, to put a sign in its yard January '13. My first step was to get rid of all the worn out furniture and aged computer equipment. I don't have time to interview very much and I'm a member of Angie's. I called Peachtree Junk Removal first because "junk removal" is in their name and I'm a native of Atlanta (Peachtree is the main drag through my old town of Buckhead). Ryan answered. I told him my list of items: 1 big leather sofa, 1 medium leather sofa, 1 sofa that is actually a twin rocker/recliner unit, 1 large rectangular drafting desk, 2 - 75 lb prepress monitors, 1 - '90s era Apple Laser Writer Pro, 2 - 4 ft. sq. model car display cases, 1 tall brass and acrylic display case and its broken off door and 1 large cardboard box. I told Ryan to stop when his men reached the $200/cu. ft. rate quote and we would get the leftovers on near-future visits. I have accumulated a lot of dated furniture that's too big and heavy to move more than one more time. All my relatives' houses are full, too, so junking everything is my favorite solution. Two of Ryan's men arrived, gloves in hand. I showed them the biggest items first. They liked my flat lot and loaded the biggest things in less than 30 minutes. The lead worker, Jason, was able to tuck the smaller items in corners of the sofas and actually got everything in on the estimate. I showed them the items for the next haul, we chatted about hot rods briefly and planned the next visit by them. This worked perfectly. I am completely satisfied and wrote the best review I could. No complaints. The supervisor was cordial & communicative. The work was done smoothly and without issue. The fees were as discussed and a discount was applied. I am satisfied and would use them again.

THey called at the scheduled time and made sure they knew what to haul exactly. I was out at the time but the things were outside so they went ahead and started the job anyway. Once they were onsite they also called again to confirm what they were going to haul and they had it done within 10 minutes. Would definitely use them again.

Very happy with the service. I have a rental property that needed to be cleaned out. They called in advance and arrived on time. They were very courteous and conscientious. A great experience overall.

Great workers and terrificr price and service.

They arrived on time and went to work quickly. Since they charge by the truckload, their over the phone estimate was pretty close. Personel were all pleasant and knowledgeable from start to finish and I will definitely be calling on these good folks again.

They arrived exactly on time; were friendly and professiional; and did the pickup quickly. The price was very reasonable.

I called Atlanta Junk Removal about noon on a Monday. Ryan gave me an estimate over the phone based on my description - 1/4 truck. He calculated the total, applied an Angie's discount, and set a pick up time an hour and a half later. Jason and Ebi arrived on time and went right to work. It was not an easy job squeezing my old furniture through three rooms but they did it with more care than the furniture got when it was moved in. They even moved furniture to roll up a rug I wanted to disposed. When they finished loading the truck, they came back in to rearrange the remaining furniture any way I wanted it. From picking up the phone with Ryan to bidding Jason and Ebi goodbye, only two hours elapsed. Can't ask for better service than that!! It was a very pleasant experience.

I was very pleased with the job, so much so, that I hired them again a few weeks later when I cleared other areas in my home.

Contacted Ryan on Tuesday afternoon and explained about what I needed hauled away and asked if they would take apart an old wooden swingset in my back yard. He gave me an estimate based on what I told him that was a great price and said the guys would take apart the swingset at no additional charge. The guys came the next day and quickly took apart the swingset and had everything loaded up in the truck in a very short time. They were very friendly and did a great job. The final price was higher than I expected. I e-mailed Ryan and he agreed that the final price was a little high and immediately agreed to adjust for me. The end result was that I got a great job at a great price. I would highly recommend Ryan and his guys to anyone that needs junk or debris hauled away!

Extremely Professional and polite. Took great care not to scratch the wood floors when removing the furniture.

Ryan gave me an estimate the day I called, and Jason and help arrived two days later to haul off an old wooden playset, tools and broken furniture and large toys. They were professional and competent. I've already shared Peachtree's phone number with neighbors. Great job.

My husband called and set up an appointment for an estimate. Ryan came out within a day or so, and gave an estimate and Jason came out to haul away the debris. Jason and an assistant worked for two and a half hours removing the construction debris and scrap metal. Everything went smoothly and I would use them again. Very happy with the experience.

Excellent experience! Ryan quoted me a price over the phone, and explained how they charge (by the amount of space they use in their truck). We set a day and time, I received a phone call about 15 minutes from pickup to let me know they were on their way, and everything went very smoothly. I would highly recommend this company.

Jason and the crew were amazing. I've been having renovations done to my house and needed all the debris moved for a party that night. I also needed some furniture moved. They got the debris and the furniture moved in record time and they gave me a great price. I loved it. Thanks guys

It went very well - I called on Saturday about removal of the items, and they had someone there on Monday afternoon, promptly as scheduled. They had to get both big items out of narrow doors, and did so with no damage to the doors - they were prompt, efficient, and reasonably priced.

Ryan in scheduling was kind, accommodating and professional. He was a pleasure to work with. The two men on the site, Ebi and Jason, were very efficient, polite and thorough. We wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again. They did a good job at a great price.

Needed a mattress and box spring removed from 3rd floor unit. My call was returned in 10 minutes, was given price over phone, and they were there to pick up within an hour (my luck I was on the way to another job). Very professional, took great care to not damage any walls. Will absolutely use again.

It took them about 2.5 hours to clear the entire basement. They broom swept it upon removing all of the debris.
