Peachtree Junk Removal

Well pleased overall. Would use them again. I had one item in particular that I wanted them to move from the house (which they did). I also moved in advance all items (but the large tv set) to the garage so that they could quickly load the truck and also so that they could in a glance see what would be loaded on the truck. The truck had a two man crew and they were very efficient in their work. From beginning to end, it was 20 to 25 minutes to get everything properly loaded and then they were gone. One advantage to me staging everything in the garage was that I could verify that I had gotten ALL of my clutter out of the house in advance of their arrival. I was pleased to have all of these various items out of the house and gone.

After contacting several companies on Angies List, I spoke with Ryan, the owner of PJR, to explain what I needed done. Cleaning out the garage at my old home, in order to ready it for a tenant was, to say the least, a daunting task and one that I could not perform without assistance. I also needed help sorting through the items. Ryan scheduled a time to come to my location to view the work to be done. I was impressed with his professionalism and expressed desire to make the task at hand go as smoothly and stress free as possible. Ryan was very flexible in accommodating my specific needs and assured me that he would go the extra mile to ensure that I was happy with the work. A written proposal, reflecting the price quoted, was emailed to me on the evening of the day Ryan met with me. On the day the service was performed, the communication with Ryan and his crew of two guys was excellent. I received confirmation calls when the crew was on it?s way. The guys arrived in the time frame agreed upon and got right to work. They were a complete pleasure to work with. They were professional, patient, courteous, efficient, hard working and pro active. They gave me great advice as to what was worth saving and what was not. The loaded the items on the truck to be disposed of, saved or donated to charity, in an organized way, so that there was no mix up. After sweeping the garage clean, they then drove to my new home and placed the items I was saving into the garage. They even gave me great tips on how to arrange some of the items. I am so pleased to find a company with this caliber of service and would not hesitate to use PJR again or highly recommend the company to others.

Called Peachtree Junk removal and arranged to meet Ryan at the property for an estimate. I met Ryan on a friday and he was professional and thorough in his inspection. He pointed out areas the other companies overlooked. The house involved had been taken over by squatters and the place was pretty well trashed. Ryan Tabb gave a detailed estimate via e-mail early the following day. The job was scheduled the following tuesday . On the day of the removal, the truck and the crew were on time as promised and even gave a thirty minute heads up call. The crew went right to work and cleaned out a truck full of old furniture, trash and general debris. They took care with the few items that were salvagable and cleaned out thejunk that was in them. There were some items that Jason set aside that I did not realize were there that were of value to me. This was a well supervised operation and the crew was polite even while doing a disgusting task. Peachtree met every expectation I had and charged a slightly lower price than the other estimates I got. Overall I was very satisfied and would definately use them again.

Spoke with Ryan on the phone for an estimate about a week before removal, and then called only two days before to officially schedule. On the day of removal the crew provided a courteous call that they were on their way and arrived promptly at the time they said they would. The team of two went hard to work at hauling the fence from the back yard to their truck. They were very professional and courteous, even picking up and sweeping debris left from carrying the wood. Total charges matched what Ryan had told me on the phone, and was cheaper then bringing in a dumpster. Would definitely recommend Peachtree Junk Removal and use them again. Affordable and Professional services can be hard to find!

I called Peachtree Junk Removal with short notice to remove some bulky material that accumulated in order to prepare my house for being sold. They were extremely accommodating and squeezed me in on a Saturday very graciously. I got a call an hour before arrival to confirm the location and they arrived exactly on time. It was raining pretty hard and I actually expected them to cancel, but they came anyway. They were straight forward, told me what to expect, and what they were going to do. From the clarity I could tell they did encounter some customers under-estimating their volume of trash and having to adjust, so they set expectations from the get go. They came, were very courteous, on-time, quick and eager to minimize my time and effort. They even helped me out (with out being asked ) with un-installing a broken attic ladder at no charge, I would have had to get a second person or a handy man to do that. I think the contrast of their service with the typical apathy or graft I find so common in most services here in Atlanta was so distinctive that they certainly deserve 5 starts or 5 A's or whatever the top rating is. I got a lot of value, I almost felt guilty for paying just the coupon price...almost. ;)

The guys were concerned about showing up late because they were behind schedule, so they called and let me know. They still showed up within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. They were quick, professional, and very nice. I would definitely call them again whenever I need any large items hauled away.

Removed pileup of junk from my basement: lot of boxes, furniture, hardware, toys, etc. They even accepted household liquids and paints to dipose of safely (for extra charge and I think that was worth it). Goos price. Arrived on time. Carefully packed the junk in their truck so that I don't have to pay more for the volume.

Ryan was fair in his pricing and did the work on short notice. I will use Peachtree Junk Removal again when needed.

This company was a pleasure to work with - friendly staff who knew what they were doing, on time and within the price discussed. They double-checked to be sure they got everything we wanted removed, and swept the garage before they left. Would use this company again if needed, and will highly recommend to family and friends. Very courteous, prompt and reasonably priced junk removal/hauling service.

I called them out to dismantle and haul away a large entertainment center that was secured to the wall in my basement. They completed the task with minimal damage to the wall, plus removed various other items such as an old treadmill, tv's and other small items. The cost for the everything was $272.50 which included the time and labor. This seemed fair given the difficulty of removing the entertainment center. I asked them back again a week or two later to remove a playset from the backyard. The price for this was $180 which was based on the amount of space used in the truck to haul away the playset components. Again this seemed fair. The individual who came and did the majority of the work was incredibly nice, professional and efficient. He kept me updated on the status of things and explained the process and pricing clearly. I will definitley call them again.

They arrived on time and scoped out the lay of the house and determined the best route from the basement to the truck. Then I pointed out what I needed to be removed (broken furniture, TV, etc...) and they got to work. After removing the bulk of the stuff from the basement they asked me to check to see if they got everything I wanted. There was some additional clothes and some small items and they gladly bagged them all up and took them too. Then they came upstairs and I pointed out some additional things to take (a TV, computers and stereo equipment). They took that as well. Through out the process they were friendly and professional. If I ever need junk hauled again I would definitely use them!

Easy from start to finish. Ryan called back right away to set up appointment. Very courteous and pleasant phone manner. Came on time and performed service with no fuss. Nice guys.

The clean-out took longer than any of us expected. I was more than happy to pay them for the extra time. Ryan has some exemplary workers. I will hire them again.

I contacted Ryan in hopes of getting my furniture picked up the next day. He didn't think they would be able to pick up the next day as it was raining which had set them a little behind that day. Much to my surprise, they were able to come after all which was extremely helpful as I was working the next few. It was even early in the day. Jason and his assistant were in and out within 15 minutes. They were very professional and honored their quote. Thanks guys! I will use you again.

I sent an email to PJR and got a call back within a day. I was anxious to get this stuff out of my house and we got a time set up that was just a couple of days away. They called to let us know they were still on target for the time we had arranged, and they did show up on time. A three man crew cleared out my clutter quickly, cheerfully and carefully. We had a bit more in the end than even we had suspected and they just made room in the truck and got it all in. Fast, friendly, affordable and willing to do really big loads - I HIGHLY recommend them for any junk removal you may need. They also recycle as much as they can, which is important to me. We had furniture and some of the electronics that certainly could find new homes but I didn't want to deal with the time and effort of making that happen. I trust PJR to not just dump our stuff in a landfill.

I waited at the storage unit and learned they were running late. I went back home until I heard from them. A call from Ryan when he realized he would not meet my appointment time would have helped me use my time productively.

I phoned Peachtree on Wednesday afternoon and we scheduled the removal for Friday between 10-11 a.m. Jason phoned at 10:10 a.m. to say that they would arrive in 45 minutes and they were right on time. It took them less than 10 minutes to remove the items and then were on their way. Perfect from start to finish.

Joe and Ryan were great. Fast service and fair pricing! Used Angie's List 10% off coupon. Would definitely use them again.

Ryan promptly answered my call, went over costs and scheduled an appointment for the next day. The crew was delayed from a previous job, but they did call to inform me. All in all I was very satisfied with the service and price.

It was wonderful, because I needed the job done the same day at an affordable price. They were able to deliver on both counts.
