 + -1 moreMy husband sent flowers from out of town on VDay via an online middle man & PT Flowers received the order. They sent a sorry excuse for an arrangement - over half was greens and it looked as if they had walked to the grocery store, plucked a $5 bouquet from the bucket and plopped it in the vase. I called and mentioned very kindly that I didn't think the arrangement was right. The man on the phone explained that he felt they filled the order correctly but left it up to me if I wanted to do anything else. So I stopped in. When I got there (with my 3 and 1 year old daughters, mind you), the woman SCREAMED at me! Literally, started yelling at me that they filled the order correctly. I asked her if she felt it was a $65 arrangement and she refused to answer my question. Every time I tried to say something, she yelled at me! I left the flowers & ended up having to get a refund from the online company. My 3-year-old said Mommy, "why was the lady yelling at you?" I said, I really don't know.
Description of Work: DO NOT EVER USE THIS FLORIST! HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TERRIBLE ARRANGEMENTS! My husband was out of town and wanted to send me flowers for Valentines Day. He used an online middle man and PT Flowers ended up with the order. They sent me the worst looking arrangement I had ever seen - over half was greens and it did not even remotely resemble the picture online. But worse than that, when I tried to address it with the company, I was yelled at! Read on for the story...
