Description of Work: I got an estimate for repairing two windows that my dog chewed up. A back-splash with subway tile, and tiling our laundry room.

Description of Work: Back patio. They did a great job and we are happy with the quality of the work.

Description of Work: Paver Stone significantly repaired a two level patio. In the process of the repair they significantly improved the structural base of the patio. They also cleaned out and significantly improved a dry creek in our back yard.

Description of Work: This company is over the top on quality of work, performing to expectations and clean up. We wanted a sidewalk from the front of our home to the back made out of paverstones. This involved a retaining wall at the rear of the property to support the walk way. As the sidewalk transitioned from the front hard to the side of the house, the Paverstone company suggested that we add granite edging stones to border the flower beds, as well as defining the plantings. When this was added, the impact that it made was unbelievable. There is nothing that they can't fix as far as hardscape repairs. Prior to finding this company, we had hired other companies to install hardscapes. These other companies didn't focus on site preparation prior to install and therefore we ended up having water run toward our foundation and stairs that were failing. While building our sidewalk, I asked Paverstone to look at these areas. They said that it would not be a big deal to rectify the situations and took care of it prior to leaving. Not only is the quality of work great, but when they leave a site, I think that it's cleaner than when they started and i'm fanatical about the condition of my property. There are others out there that will charge less, but as I mentioned earlier, you will pay to have it repaired later, so why not do it right the first time and avoid the agravation. This is a very well run organization that does first class work. I highly recomend them!

Description of Work: Paverstone did a brick apron and borders for our new concrete driveway, created a new brick front walkway and landing, and added a set of stone stairs down to the backyard.

Description of Work: A representative came to our home to assess the job and provide suggestions and an estimate. He was quite pleasant and after providing an estimate based upon two different paver products. he offered to drop samples of the pavers to our home. he did so and we called him with our choice. He said he would send us a formal proposal. It took about a week and the proposal was higher than the original estimate. Additionally, it required a different type of sand underlay which would be an additional charge. He also suggested that we visit their location to see installed examples of the pavers. We did so, picked a product that he had originally told us was less expensive than our first choice, but it was now priced the same. We wanted to start on the project ASAP as their had been multiple communication delays (our rep said he was out of town for a week or more, his email wasn't working, then his cell phone wasn't working......). The job could not be done for at least two weeks because the company was very busy with some big jobs. As this whole process had already taken at least a month we were getting frustrated. We offered to provide a deposit immediately but He said he would prepare another proposal first. When we asked him to include two details of the job description not stated in his prior estimate: the patio would be raised and soldier rows woul be set in cement, his response was that he didn't prepare estimates that way. When we again said we would like those statements inserted, his reply was "don't you trust me?" That was the final straw. At that point, we decided to work with another company.

Description of Work: I had a stone wall built behind my house which turned out wonderfully as well as some landscaping/sod installation. I also had my downspout pipes buried underground due to some drainage issues. Everything turned out perfectly-no complaints.
