+ -1 moreWe hired Paces Ferry Builders (aka Guy Cherwonuk) to build our house in Milton. This builder was an absolute nightmare to work with. Extremely disorganized, unprofessional, abysmal at communication, blame-shifting, and rude to us, his employees, and to subcontractors. At times, several months went by with no progress on the project. The budget he gave us was a meaningless piece of paper, and PFB made zero effort to control costs, obtain multiple bids, or value engineer anything (although they promised from the beginning to do so). If I could give Guy zero stars, I would. We would strongly advise anyone looking to build a home to look elsewhere for a reliable and reputable builder.
