Description of Work: It would be hype to claim that Navid, Natalie, and their team at Outdoor Makeover are miracle workers—BUT they come close. Despite our efforts over the years to make our yard presentable, acid-dripping oak trees and desert-like soil had rendered the area inhospitable even to soot. Against our will, we were the neighborhood rednecks. The Outdoor Makeover team transformed everything, and cleaned up our backyard as well. Now, thanks to Navid’s thoughtful design, the desert has been mulched over, a spate of trees and shrubs have been planted, and a winding, rock-and-pebble based dry creek bed gives coherence to the whole design (as well as transporting to newly-installed underground pipes the rains that had been eroding our dilapidated yard). In terms of beauty, our front yard has zipped from the neighborhood bottom to at-or-near the top. You cannot hire a better team than this group. They are extremely friendly and courteous. They know what they’re doing, and they do the job with extraordinary speed and competence. It’s inspiring in this age of mediocrity to encounter this kind of on-the-job brilliance.

Description of Work: Navid, at Outdoor Makeover,and his employee, planted two Crepe Myrtle trees ( which were even taller than advertised), in the most professional manner. I felt like I got a very good deal. I was running late to the appointment and they arrived early. So, while they were waiting they called me and asked if they could cut down a small dead tree (which I had been asking my husband, to cut down for over a month), I agreed. They did such a nice job and took the dead tree with them. In addition, they relocated a plant in my yard to a better location. I was not charged for any of these additional services. I would use there service again in a heart beat. They were very courteous, from the office staff, Natalie, to the planting of trees... I could not have asked for more!
