Description of Work: Navid and his crew did a fantastic job!! The result was above and beyond what I thought it would be. He stayed true to his word and his crew did not leave until we were 100% satisfied. I would not use any other landscape company. Great job!!

Description of Work: Was a little disappointed with our visit with outdoor makeover. We were looking to them for their expertise and suggestions of how to best fix our drainage issue. We got lots of ideas offered, some not even related to the project we needed, but no concrete recommendations. It seemed like he was expecting us to decide, when we were looking for someone to offer an expert opinion of what we should do.

Description of Work: He was very concerned about doing a good job and he did so. He is very creative and knew what to put where. His workers were quiet and very hard-working and strong.

Description of Work: The offer was for a consultation for landscaping concepts. The company came out to evaluate, and did so in a very prompt, courteous, and professional manner. My family and I are currently weighing the options presented to decide what is the correct concept to pursue in the near future, and will definitely contact this company again in the process.

Description of Work: I purchased the Landscape Design and Consultation. Navid did a great job with working with my ideas and coming up with a plan that best suits my Outdoor Living. We have a hill that has no grass and a design was needed. He gave us that design and we hope to be making it a reality in the future.

Description of Work: The landscape plan including plant selection fit the space very well and, with a largely shaded and part sun area, the plants appear compatible with the environment. The work done by the OutDoorMakeOver crew was well done and the subcontractors for hardscape work, fire pit and pergola did an excellent job. Some very creative solutions to some transitional areas were suggested by Navid, the owner, and worked well in the overall design. Price I can't judge since work such as this is always somewhat unique and difficult to compare plus the real measure is the outcome rather than just a dollar amount. I would not have any reservations about recommending Navid and his service to others.

Description of Work: Last fall, Outdoor Makeover completely redid my backyard. The project took 1 week & was extensive, involving root grinding, bed creation, pebble paths, stepping stones, plant installation & sodding. I was so pleased with Navid & his employees, that I had him bid on stairs to replace rotted railroad ties. His bid was a few hundred dollars less than replacing them with concrete. The installation was supervised by Navid's father, They installed granite stone steps - aesthetically far more pleasing than concrete. The finished product was terrific. Obviously, when this spring, I decided to redo the front of my house, I called Navid. There were many issues - shaded bare ground, bad previous installations & an unkempt neighbors house. Navid drew up a plan & we went ahead with the remake. Outdoor Makeover cut in new beds, took out a 20 year old tree, established a visual barrier to the neighbors, created flower beds & fixed a water runoff problem. Navid arrived promptly early Friday morning with a large crew. I thought the project would take at least 2 days, but they finished by 5:30 PM - with nothing undone! They even utilized plants, that were to be removed, in other areas. Navid was in & out all day, but the entire time, an English speaking supervisor was on site. I have one other small project to do in the future; Outdoor Makeover will be my obvious choice. I recommend them without any hesitation.

Description of Work: I would like to explain the job Navid did on my home. This was a total re landscape of my home by removing over 22 Trees and stripping the ground to bare earth. All new plants and grass were planted and new beds were made. Navid was the only landscaper that would call back promptly and answer any questions that I asked. He stood by me through the whole project. Navid is one of the nicest contractors I had ever met. There were a lot of unforeseen problems inherit in a job of this magnitude that had to be resolved quickly and Navid was able to do so. Navid is one to the most competent landscapers that I had ever be associated with. The job was to be completed within 3 weeks per the contract but Navid completed the job within one week. He cleaned up completely and after the job his crew pressure washed the driveway and walkway so that when he left everything was perfect. I got four estimates from other landscapers and Navid was exactly in the middle with his bid. All the other landscapers wanted at least 1 month to complete the job. Navid was the only one that came by to see what he could do the win the bid. Navid is just great, period. I would recommend him to do any job, Large or Small. I feel if you don’t use him you are making a big mistake.

Description of Work: I have already written twice glowingly about Outdoor Makeover, but I’m writing again because Navid came back and fixed a problem that wasn’t apparent when his team did our original landscaping. Our front yard has been beautifully landscaped by Outdoor Makeover, but there was no way of telling how rainwater would be redistributed in the refashioned yard. However, a hard rain a week or two after our front yard makeover indicated that a still harder downpour could cause water to come in through our front door and that some additional flood control landscaping was needed. Before notifying Navid, I asked another company to take a look, and they confirmed our concerns but asked for $1,500 to re-mediate the problem. I then took some pictures of the sediment near our door and called Navid. He didn’t require the pictures and came almost immediately. He and his team dug a trench, installed a water collection box and pipes to direct water away from our front door. He wasn’t going to charge anything, but I insisted on paying a nominal amount. You simply can’t ask more than this from a service company. Bravo Outdoor Makeover.
