What I really liked about these guys is outside of the scope of work, they encountered issues and identified them for me and instead of having me get another repair completed, they offered to complete themselves. For example, outside of the work that I identified, they saw that my backyard gate was not properly fixed to the pole and therefore the gate dragged on the ground with each opening. This was certainly not a part of the landscaping service and yet they said they would repair AND at no charge! They also encountered a broken PVC pipe (sewer access pipe) on the front lawn that was to be sodded. Again, not a part of their services but said they could repair and provided me with a quote right on the spot and the quote was very reasonable. In addition, there were other items they provided at no charge i.e. upgraded plants, shrub and other services i.e. hauling mulch to the backyard which was out of the work scope and dressed up the flower beds, all at o additional charge! I had a sprinkler system which wasn't working and they offered to look at it and spent some time trying to get it to work. Although they couldn't identify the problem, they tried to fix and in the end, referred me to someone (they gave the referral person my name and number and he promptly called to set an appointment). They also identified an irrigation issue -- which I knew I had but didn't feel I had something like that in the budget-- and when I explained this, again, they provided a quote after doing some measurements and to my surprise, this was very reasonable so I had them do this. All of this was incorporated within my original scope of work and with the same work team. It was like One Stop Shopping! I would recommend Outdoor Makeover without reservation. Went very well - very professional, listened to all my ideas, and then tried to create something that fit my style. I haven't reviewed yet because I want to use them for my actual landscaping, but I need to get a deck put in first.

He was great and we were very pleased. This is probably the second summer that we've had all the plantings that he put in. Everything is growing well, doing beautifully, and staying within the plan.

They had just basically do walking to the property and they gave me an estimate cost but they didn't gave me a layout plan.

Navid was very patient as we dealt with the HoA - getting approval to remove the tree. We were forced to start well past the original intended start date b/c of the delay in getting the approval. Navid and his team were able to fit us in within about a week of getting notice of the approval. His team took two days to complete the job. They removed the tree the first day. The next day a very large crew came over to clean up the yard - removing a number of old trees and relocating some others - and to plant a number of new plants. Navid was not able to be there all day, but he assured me that I would be well taken care of. The crew did not disappoint. They did an outstanding job. He was able to check on the progress towards the end of the day and made a number of suggestions to improve upon what the crew had already done. He had the crew do a few things over to ensure it was just right, and he wouldn't let them leave until I was completely satisfied with the job. Overall, a great experience. They were flexible with my schedule, responsive throughout, very thorough and very friendly. I would recommend using Navid and his team to anyone. I will be calling them again when it's to tackle that back yard.

I will nor provide Outdoor Makeover a good rating. They said they will provide a landscape design and the guy was unprofessional. He is punctual but a total sleazeball. I will definitely not use him again. They contacted multiple times to try and get our business and we ended up going somewhere else. The guy is not trustworthy.

It was a great experience working with Outdoor Makeover. They were quick to respond and did the work in the time alloted. They listened to what we wanted and far exceeded our expectations. They did some clean up work behind our fence and fixed some low areas in our yard with no extra charge. I would highly recomend them.

What they provided wasn't all that great. I expected it to be a drawing and more of a landscape design than what was available, so I had somebody else come out and do it. He was personable and they did get in touch with me quickly, but it wasn't what I expected. When I've had landscape designs done they've been drawings, like the flowers were labeled and that kind of stuff. If I had gotten what I wanted the price would've been very good, but I didn't.

The work exceeded all of my expectations. Navid was very personable and his design far surpassed other designs presented by other landscapers. He is very talented with great vision for designing. He also interviewed me to find out where I spent most of my time and helped me focus most of the work in one special area instead of just doing random projects that did not deliver a special place to relax outside. The quality of the work was extremely good, and they started and finished in just 4 days. I have worked with other landscapers previously and had been interviewing them and Navid's design and price far outdid anyone else's. They left everything clean and even did extra cleanup in other areas and helped me out with other little things free of charge. When they started digging out the previous destroyed cement sidewalk, there was more concrete and brick that took a long time to excavate and remove, but did not charge me additional money and stuck with the initial price. They also utilized some of the brick and repaired another area free of charge that took a lot of man hours and skilled masons. I saved a ton of money that someone else would have nickel and dimed me for. Basically, Outdoor Makeover was excellent to work with and delivered way above and beyond expectations. The design is amazing and my friends and neighbors are amazed what he did with the space. Navid has a real gift for designing. I got an huge amount of work done in a very short period of time at a very good price. Anyone else would not have been able to do that much and would have charged me much. much more. I am very excited about my new yard and love it!

Outdoor Makeover's price, quality, and professionalism were good.

I highly recommend Outdoor Makeover to anyone who has a yard project, big or small. Navid is a great guy who works very hard to please his customers. The job was completed in less than two weeks from the time I first contacted Outdoor Makeover. That's pretty unbelievable for a job in Midtown Atlanta. And the quality certainly did not suffer. The guys who work for Navid are top quality workers. They were such a pleasure to have around and worked their butts off to make me happy. The concrete slab they poured is perfect, and the fence they built looks great. Navid is a true landscape artist, and I love the idea he came up with for our back yard. He is also very fair with his pricing. The price he quoted me is the price I paid. There were no unexpected upcharges. He goes the extra mile to make sure his customers are pleased with the work product, even if he has to dip into his own pocket. That's what I love about Outdoor Makeover. You know they're going to take care of you. We are LOVING our new back yard. It truly enhances our lives, and for that, I cannot thank Outdoor Makeover enough!

Navid made several suggestions and drew out a plan to help us visualize what he had in mind. We discussed several options and he gave us an estimate of the total cost to do everything we wanted. I must admit, there was a bit of sticker shock. But to be fair, Navid was the first and only person we have talked to so far about the work we would like to have done. He seemed very knowledgeable about all the aspects of the project, and showed us how we could split up the project into two or three pieces to fit our budget, rather than taking it all on at once. We will get some additional quotes and ideas, but it was a pleasure to talk to Navid. I know Outdoor Makeover is highly rated, so I am confident they could do a great job. I'll post another review if we get them to handle the project for us.

The work that Outdoor Makever did was broken up into 2 phases. The first was for a patio and firepit. The second was for the landscaping. Navid provided the best quote for the work and came up with some great ideas for the hardscaping phase of the work. He used talented people to make sure the work was done right and it is still holding up great nearly a year later. There was no skimping on the firepit which is large enough to have all my family sit around it, plus he used a large gas pipe to make sure the flame is big enough. Really great on those brisk evenings. The landscaping phase was done in a hurry. My wife and I were having a very large party and wanted to get the work done before so we could show off the yard and the new house. I didn't think it was going to be possible to get it all done in just 4 days, but he and his team worked from sun-up to well past sundown to get it done in time. He was driving off as the first of our guests arrived. Needless to say, we received many complements on the new yard!!! As a follow-up, we had some issues with a few plants dying. After a call to Navid, he quickly came out and assessed the situation. Agreed that the plants would be under warranty and is in the stages of replanting them...Obviously, this type of follow-through is not typical for the industry and my family much appreciates his professionalism. Keep up the great work!

From the very beginning, it was a pleasure dealing with this company. Navid was fantastic to work with. He was honest, patient, and listened to understand what we were trying to do. In the end, we had a group of large trees that needed to be removed. He offered to put it into the project, but also referred me to another contractor saying that it may help reduce the cost. After getting a couple of quotes on the trees, it was clear that removing them was going to eat into our budget quick. While I was confident that the quote given to us on the entire project was fair and of good value, we elected to postpone the bulk of the project until we had a bit more budget to work with. I cannot stress enough how pleasant Navid and staff were to work with, though. If you are looking for a true professional, call Outdoor Makeover! When we have the fund to do "phase 1" of the project, I look forward to calling Navid, cutting him a check, and letting him take over the yard.

Outdoor Makeover exceeded my expectations by transforming my backyard to a functional and beautiful outdoor space. I selected this company after reading outstanding reviews on Angie's List. I also realized that not many companies can fix my drainage problem, grinding down tree stumps, and landscaping, all at once. The owner, Navid, visited my house shortly after I contacted them. He sketched a plan and gave me an estimate immediately. My main concern was that my backyard was flooded due to poor drainage system. I liked his idea of building border and raised bed using natural stone in addition to installing drainage pipes because the stones would not only control the flow of rain water, but also add upscale look. I wanted to have the project done on a certain day due to my traveling schedule and they accommodated my request without any problem. What impressed me most was the owner visited the site frequently throughout the day and gave detailed instructions to the crew. They went out of their way to please the customer. For instance, they carried 42 bags of garden soil and planted flowers, which I had purchased, although this service was not part of the quote. Thank you so much! The crew accidentally broke part of an irrigation pipe while installing a drainage pipe. They went to Home Depot and got the part and fixed the pipe without extra cost. Considering the amount of natural stone they used and workmanship, the price they gave me was very reasonable. David's secretary, Natalie, and the crew were also very friendly and professional. Overall, I am so glad I chose Outdoor Makeover. Trust Navid when he says, " I will take care of you."

WOW!!! What a awesome company!! I had the opportunity to work with Navid last year, so I called him this year to finish my backyard project. Let me tell you he is one of the most professional, kind, honest genuine men I have ever worked with! All of his crew and Joe were just as nice and pleasant as he was. If you want a first class no corners cut landscaping job to be done this is the only company you should use!

The landscape guy who did not really want to landscape. The guy was nice, but I think he just wanted to talk it through and he did not bring paper to draw the design out. I said I don't have a lot of money, this is what I'm interested in. I really had to ask him to draw it out for me. I wanted him to work with me and tell me what I could do in the future. I had to cancel it. I had to write to him and tell him that I could not go ahead. It was too expensive. I ended up not using his services. He just wanted to put bushes around the borders of the yard. That to me is not a design. I think he was just looking for future business and he did not want to do the design part. He may have known about landscaping, but he was not able to produce for me a design within a budget that I had specified for. I was expecting to have a printed plan that I could work with.

This deal went well. It was interesting to get their perspective on my lawn and what they could do to it. I jus had some different ideas. The drawn out design was a little sloppy as well.

Navid and his team did an amazing job in every stage of the process. We knew we wanted to make our backyard more livable for our kids but struggled with the design plan. Navid took the time to understand our ultimate goal and offered by far the best plan of any company we talked to. Having undergone other landscaping jobs in the past, I never truly expected the vision to fully translate when it came to execution. In all honesty, the execution was absolutely amazing. Everyone who works at Outdoor Makeover is completely focused on the client and will do whatever it takes to exceed your expectations. They were in constant contact with us throughout the process to ensure we were happy with every phase. If a problem does arrive, they will never hesitate to make it right. Can't recommend them enough!

Outdoor Makeover did a fantastic job for me. The company is owned by a father/son team and they both showed up on the morning of the installation to make sure that the work was done exactly how I wanted. They transplanted and planted bushes and plants and re-used some of the existing plants and materials I had to help save me money. Navid personifies excellence in customer service and his crew was polite and efficient. I highly recommend them!

We were provided a great design for our backyard. We have yet to move forward with it but we were very impressed and the price was very reasonable to complete all the work.

This was a second visit from them. Last year, Outdoor Makeover planted four Hemlock evergreens and other plantings for a privacy break between me and the neighbor. Over the year, one of the trees died. Outdoor Makeover stood behind their one year guarantee and replaced the tree. At the same time, they planted additional trees. While here, I also had them remove a large chain linked dog pen. Navid and his crew did a great job. They are extremely friendly and fair. They were very interested in ensuring that I was happy with the work.

I bought my house last year and moved in with two very large white dogs who love to play in the big back yard. The yard had not been maintained and was full of Georgia red clay that was ruining my floors when tracked in by the dogs. I spoke to several different people about options and chose outdoor makeover for my project. I would gladly hire them again and recommend Navid and his company. He worked with me on pricing and was very generous. He is a pleasure to deal with and very responsive if I have a question or concern. A year later I discovered a leak in the irrigation system. I called Navid he responded to me immediately and had someone out and the leak was repaired. The customer service, pricing, and quality of work from this company is bar none. We original purchased the landscape design deal before moving into our new house. Outdoor Makeover was kind enough to honor the deal even after it was expired. Navid came out, and together we spent an hour just walking through the yard discussing design ideas. When we finished, he sat down and drew out a rough sketch of the design to leave with me. Navid was very kind and professional, and I would be happy to have Outdoor Makeover come back when we are ready to do the work.
