They arrived pretty much on time. They provided pictures (before and after) of one section of the gutters. They said that our gutters were not that clogged, and we could go 18 months, until the next cleaning. We appreciated their honesty. Our drying time has been shortened in dryer. I feel that we got our money's worth, even with the trip charge.

They performed the job as advertised! From now on I will not use any other gutter cleaning service. I was surprised how thorough they worked. They were out of the area so I had to pay additional travel fee but it was well worth it. Previous gutter cleaning services did nothing but blow away leafs. They would be in out in fifteen minutes. I didn't realize I was getting ripped off.

Description of Work: Vacuum clean dryer vent. The service tech was polite & knowledgeable. Very clean & neat appearance. Did not waste any time & seemed to be experienced in performing the service. During the cleaning he encountered an obstruction, went to his truck & returned with an extension & completed the job quickly & efficiently. No additional charge for the complication. Recommend Highly & without any reservation. In fact, we intend to contact them again next year to repeat the service to avoid risk of fire.

2-man crew arrived on time and did a great job. When they found out my dryer clamp was missing, they immediately offered to go get one at Home Depot. They picked one up, immediately attached it, then proceeded to vacuum the entire hose from the outside. This very nice crew exceeded my expectations with their friendliness, willingness to please, and professionalism.
