Description of Work: Member was expecting the service provider to do the organizing. The woman that came just recommended services didn't do any organizing.

+ 0 moreTracy was prompt, set up a schedule up front so I knew what we were going to do when. She wasted no time in getting started and after one 4 hour session we had years of stuff on stuff cleared and put away! She has an eye where things should go which was helpful as I know where nothing should go - IE a large walk in hall closet. I was able to part from magazine collection and am working on all my large memorabila cards and letters. She was gentle, kind and so patient with my hestiations and frustrations for letting my things overtake my apt.
Description of Work: Tracy helped me organize 5 areas of my one bedroom apartment. It was a massive job and she was the one I chose to help me. She did an outstanding job which I really thought was impossible. I can now walk around easily and not thru paths in my apt. I was able to recycle and donate alot of unused and duplicate items.

+ -1 moreEverything went well and I used her for another visit to help unpack and organize contents of boxes from another home. We had to move all of the packing and boxes out to the garage and she helped with that. It was hard work and she was very cheerful. I really could not have done it myself.
Description of Work: I found Tracy through an on line coupon site. She was just great on the phone when I was setting up the appointment, so I was hopeful that we would get through the project. She called to confirm the appointment ahead of time and was punctual. She was very professional, friendly, and really helpful with large and small items that I had to move around and with decision making on what to get rid of and where to put things. Tracy worked efficiently, and had a plan for my basement storage area that had become a wasteland.

Description of Work: Tracy with Out of the Closet organizer is terrific - proactive and encouraging with a great sense of space and its use. She helped us clean out and reorganize a large closet of children's clothes, shoes, and "stuff" when we moved our two kids into a bedroom together for the first time. The closet looks better and is more usable with two children's things in it than it had been with one! In addition to doing great work, Tracy is easy and enjoyable to work with - we will definitely call her for more work soon!
