+ -1 moreThey are punctual; they do show up on time. They call ahead of time; the night before, they will let me know when they are coming. They have been very thorough so I don't have any problems with them at all. They even brushed my front door when they thought they saw some spiders; they are very conscientious. The contract is for $99 per year.
Description of Work: I have a service contract with Orkin Pest Control and they come out every three months for pest control. I have been using them since 1995. They also do termite inspection for me.

+ -1 moreThey rid me of my ant problem. They kept working with me and I don't have that problem anymore. They figure out my issues. They are professional and punctual. They use shoe covers when they are in your home.
Description of Work: They do yearly pest control. They come every other month.

Description of Work: The service they performed worked, but it killed plants and made my dog sick. They were always calling me to come back for more money. They really only want to sell you a monthly contract service. I finally took it but they never make appointments, they just show up and if you aren't home they do your front yard and nothing else. Then they consider the service appointment complete, and if you want your back yard done or somewhere inside the house it's up to you to call and make an appointment. They don't charge to come back but they aren't happy about it. Don't use them. Nature's Own is much better.

+ -1 moreThey do a great job and guarantee their services. They also come back a second time to spray if required after the first spray, for free of cost. I like their services and will use the same in future.
Description of Work: I used the services of Orkin Pest Control to spray pesticide, from April, 2011 to July, 2011.

+ -1 moreWe are extremely satisfied with our Orkin experience. On this date, activity was found in one of the monitoring stations and the station was treated. Orkin is punctual and usually calls the day before to remind us of their upcoming visit.
Description of Work: This service is for treatment of termites for the entire year. Orkin comes out quarterly to check monitoring stations for termites. If termite activity is found they treat.
