I have had a great experience with them. They are very nice and they do a great job. They come once a month. I pay them $80 a month for the interior stuff and $60 a month for the mosquitoes outside. I do not have any mosquitoes even though I have a pool in the backyard and a little stream running because they do a good enough job. The persons that I have come in contact with with the company are amazing. Their pricing is a little expensive.

He wanted to go in the attic but the inspector last year went in the attic and then tried to sell me insulation. This man gave me a hard sell on their rat and roach control. He said I had rats though the droppings in the basement were before we had the house sealed and treated. He bad-mouthed my roach control company which I had recommended for the POH and have used satisfactorily for years. He spent more time selling than inspecting. I think he did a very poor job of inspecting You have so many listings for Orkin that I may have reviewed the wrong one. The inspector they send always tried to sell something and the annual charge goes up every year. Several years ago they succeeded in selling my husband on covering the floor of the crawlspace with plastic. The plastic was thin and is now disintegrating. The termite bond on the house was with Orkin when we bought it 34 years ago. If I had known then what I know now, we wouldn't have continued with Orkin. n

I have been using them for twenty five years. They are well worth the twenty five bucks a month I pay them. They do real thorough spraying and keep termites away from my house. They're always real responsive to anything I want them to do. I even have a termite bond through them. I just think they're great.
