terrible initial customer service support, all because it was an insurance job where a tree fell on the garage. They first wanted to know if I had gotten payment and an assessment before even scheduling an appointment, despite that I wanted to get a price to make "lemonade out of my lemons" and extend the house over the garage. Awful service, all about the money and no regard for the customer. If I had not mentioned that it was due to the tree fall, I am sure they would have been out in a flash.

Rocco came to our home and took detailed notes of our project and home. We wanted to add a 15'X26' screened porch off our breakfast area, with a connecting catwalk to our existing deck on the other side of the house. The project would also involve moving the HVAC system. Rocco worked up an estimate based on our wish-list and came back about a week later to present his bid. While we have not seen a screen porch project they have completed, they just recently completed a complete kitchen renovation at a friend's house that was gorgeous and the quality looked impeccable. We have since decided to postpone our project, but would definitely consider hiring Rocco for our screened porch project.

It was supposed to take eight weeks and they finished in seven. There was someone here everyday working. The workmanship was phenomenal. There were expert craftmen. Any problems were solved quickly. They are in the higher price range but we knew that going in. It was the smoothest remodel. In the process of the remodel, we found that our upstairs bathroom was leaking and they fixed it. They did the boys bathroom. Basically, we were living in our house while they were doing it. It was just amazing how they handled everything. I can't say enough about them. We waited 17 years to do it and it was worth every penny.
