They did a great job. The work turned out exactly how we planned. We wanted to make some changes to the plans and they were very accommodating. We had estimates, and we chose them because I felt they offered the best value. What I paid for, I got the best value. They used quality materials for the job and everything looks very good and I have received compliments. The crew was very professional, clean and neat, and worked hard. The job took about a week. I see no room for improvement with their service.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it turned out good. They were good. I paid an additional 90 Dollars. They seem like an honest and straighforward company. I have been using another one, that got lousy ratings, and I felt I need to try these guys.

They answered the phone quickly and professionally. Service call made 2 days later. Was also given a reminder call the day before. Justine the Tech showed up just after sunrise as planned. The repair was made quick and he did an overall check of the system. They are my "Go-To" guys. Great Company.

It was fine. They were fine. I really don't have anything to say about Oasis. It was a very small job.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. They were wonderful. We paid $4 more and we had no issue with that.

Oasis Landscapes and Irrigation explained everything very well and they were very neat with their installation. They didn't tear up the lawn.

I've been using them for about 10 years and recently in the last 4 to 5 years for lawn work. There are certain people who do the irrigation and there's another group of people who does the lawn maintenance work. I've been completely satisfied with the people who come out.

It wasn't bad. I'm not thrilled with Oasis Landscapes & Irrigation. The monthly maintenance was fine. I thought that they were too focused on the dollars and the things and less interested in pleasing me with the landscape. It depends on what manager or individual I get to work with. I think my displeasure stemmed from the particular design person that did the work from last summer. Although, I had to admit that they advertised the 5% price reduction on anyone on Angie's List. I asked for that and they refused to give it to me because this individual said that their price was already so low.

It took too long for them to get to my house. Their schedule is too full. Once they got to my house they then took two weeks to get the estimate which was too long, and I had to call them. They were much too expensive. The estimator was fine. He did not have a business card. He wore the company shirt and seemed to know what he was talking about.

Oasis did a great job. They expained the work they did and the technician dug up and uncovered the main shutoff and a hose bib we didn't even know we had. They were on time, and the price was fair. They were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to deliver good service.

I initiallyI thought it was going to be a great experience after II met with the designer, but quickly became concerned when I got no response from the main office on scheduling even though I immediately sent in the deposit payment. After a few phone calls I got my project scheduled. The timing of completion was very important that is why I was nervous about not getting a response from the office. After getting over the scheduling hurdle I thought the installation and clean up was going well until time started to run out near the end of the day. My project was crewed for a one day completion, however, dusk came around 5 PM, and the crew was ready to leave. This resulted in the final area of clean-up and transplanting to get third rate treatment. The area was not cleared out as discussed during the walk through earlier that morning, and the transplants were barely grounded. Unfortunately, I did not know this was the case until we returned from out of town after a holiday vacation to find 13 or the 15 transplanted shrubs laying completely out of the ground on their sides. My husband and I spent over two hours re-planting every single one of the 13 shrubs at a proper depth, then fertilized them. The shrubs were planted so shallow that the wind and or moist ground uprooted them. Sad to report that all but the two that did not become uprooted have died. Additionally, we had an extremely large shrub (7ft) also transplanted that died due to the same reasons as the other 13 shrubs. It too became uprooted and was lying on its side. It was so disappointing when we saw how shallow they had been planted. Clearly, the ground and holes dug were not properly prepared as I was told they would be by the designer. It's a shame because I really enjoyed working with the designer and the crew, especially the supervisor. They were all so friendly and accommodating when I had questions or concerns.

It was an excellent experience. They were very professional. The guys who did the wall were very good, they had never done the project with natural granite, but they did an excellent job. I was very pleased with the homegrown feel of the design of the wall. They recycled the old block from the old wall and put it where I asked.

Oasis initially installed the sprinkler system on our property when it was built so after we bought it and the sprinkler wasn't working we called them out for service. They came out and fixed it same day. What we were afraid was a large problem turned out to be an easy fix, they repaired a leaking water line and several broken sprinkler heads that were not coming on at all in the back yard. They also reprogrammed the system for us to water intermittently. No issues whatsoever, will use them in the future!

What a horrible contractor. They piped the roof drains to the planting bed and flooded the lawn. When the came back to fix it and cut the drains on the other side of the property. It was a comedy of horror. By the end it was evident they did not know what they were doing so we fired them and completed the project our selves... they are totally inept. I wish I could post the pictures of how they left my property. Best to stay away from this contractor.

The hardscape was excellent; however the trees and shrubs were diseased and the company was marginal in their response at replacing obviously diseased trees and shrubs. I specifically asked was December too late in the season to plant trees and shrubs and was told it was ok. We had an interesting winter and the "shrubs died" while still under the companies warranty; one of the Leyland Cypress was so damaged that it started to die from the top. After numerous calls to the company representative, he came out and removed the top of one of the Leyland Cypress, and it is now surviving; however he avoided all future calls and emails about the shrubs which he claimed he would replace. I finally had to get another lawn service to remove the dead shrubs and replace them. Two years later my trees are still struggling to survive and thrive. It would have been very simple if the company had even offered me a discount to replace the plants, but instead ignored my emails and phone calls. I would not recommend them for any tree or shrub planting projects in the future.

Concrete work and walls were excellent Plantings were done well - but plant warranty is limited, not like Pikes lifetime warranty. They did replace one plant that did not survive. Negotiate plant warranty! Did not submit proposal for final phase of landscaping. Finishing without their help.

They are always great, courteous, and have great customer service.

Oasis Landscapes & Irrigation provided a quote to me in June 2011, but patiently waited for me to move forward in October. They were very accommodating relative to the contracting process and included corrections and clarification at my request. Their sales person and office staff are friendly and very helpful. They came on the day and at the hour they promised. Their tree removal was excellent! I was concerned about the damage that could be done to surrounding shrubs (and my house) in removing such large trees, but they were very careful and completed this job quickly. They removed all hard wood and branches on the same day. The preparation for the irrigation system and downspout drainage also was well done. They replaced connecting drain pipes that had rotted without further charge. Luis was great! He was the lead on the grading and irrigation system, and is very personable. He made recommendations for some changes which were very appropriate--adding more rotors to the irrigation system. He and his team worked quickly and cleaned up everything. All this work was completed in less than two days. Their pricing was more than fair and reasonable, and I am very, very pleased with the outcome!

It went great. My irrigation system was sloppily installed by another contractor. I did not want to go back to them with problems. Instead I called Oasis because they were a company nearby. I have been very pleased with them. The first time I called them I needed to sprinkler heads moved (one was on my neighbors property!) and I need several adjusted. Even though it was really a very small job the 2 guys that arrived gave me a fair estimate, performed the work, and made sure I was satisfied before they left. I have called them back several times since and they have always been prompt, very professional and fixed the problem at a reasonable cost.

Their customer service is outstanding and we have no complaints. They really worked with us on our yard and even talked us out of doing some things that would have been expensive. The work looks great and I would highly recommend them.

Kevin and Craig of Oasis seemed professional at first, but they did less work than originally agreed, nickel-and-dimed us for every change thereafter, and finally began to threaten us with liens and even stole back some of their equipment in the end! The retaining wall that they built was 5 feet shorter than agreed, but they said they couldn't fix it. They also charged much more for small changes in a koi pond that was part of the original contract as well, and Kevin and Craig came off as very pushy and hard to work with. Later, after a dispute between Oasis and our general contractor, Kevin of Oasis threatened to put a lien on my house, without first offering any proof that he was owed further funds! Even though my general contractor offered evidence that Oasis had been paid in full, Oasis persisted and even came out to the house unannounced and stole the pump from the waterfall! In the end, we had to get a different contractor to finish the work because of Oasis's unethical and unprofessional business practices.
