Description of Work: We just moved into a new home and needed better landscaping than what the builder had left us. Oasis created a landscape design for us, which was beautiful and just what we were looking for. We had an irrigation system put in, trees, and the flower beds reshaped. We also had a walkway put in on the side of the house leading to the backyard. From the designer to the landscape crew, everything went very smoothly with no issues. Oasis is very punctual and stick to their timelines. They were slightly over budget, but it is worth it when you don't have to constantly hound vendors to finish the job, finish the job right, and leave a beautiful product. Well worth it and highly recommended. We will be reaching out to them again when we are ready to move on to the second phase of our project.

+ -1 moreThe estimate was high and I wanted to pick and choose the jobs I wanted to do, so I asked them for a breakdown. They never got back with me. They also never provided a written estimate. I hope they were busy since they could seemingly discount my interest in their doing work for me. I will never call them again.
Description of Work: They came out to give me an estimate for the work performed and said they would turn it around in 3-4 days. Finally, over two weeks later (and after I prompted them), they called me back with an estimate. ($40000.)

+ -1 moreWe just love it. Their initial drawings were just beautiful and the work was carried with such care and precision. They always came on time and the work was finished in a very timely manner. Subsequently, we have had them come out to do some maintenance work on our pond and they have done an excellent job. They are friendly and helpful. You can't do better in a landscaping company.

+ -1 moreVery well. The technician was knowledgeable and thorough. He checked the existing unit, determined that its components did not function and present the option of replacing the unit. He factored in my request that I only used 3 sprinkler zones as the fourth zone ( a drip system) had had most of its tubing chewed through by chipmunks, squirrels, etc. and was no longer used. By only using 3 zones, I saved $55. He then spent about an hour checking and adjusting all the sprinkler heads for the three zones.
Description of Work: Replaced the control unit and transformer. Reviewed and reset sprinkler unit spray patterns.

+ -1 moreOasis installed my system and has maintained it for over 5 years. I called because of a leak in my system and left 2 messages. None of my messages were returned. When I called back to cancel my message because I found another service provider on Angies List, I was told that it would take at least 3 weeks for them to come out to turn off my system and repair the leak.
Description of Work: No work was performed. This was a call to have worked done as an existing customer and how poorly they handled the call.

+ -1 moreUnder water restrictions, we realized our system was not operating correctly. Oasis had a cancellation and was able to come out the next day. They were very efficient and helpful. They increased the pressure at the meter, checked all the zones, and reprogrammed the controller.
