In 2002 we built a home in Massachusetts and contracted with Oak Leaf to build a conservatory attached to the house. The conservatory was completed in July 2002. Between July 2002 and August 2005, nine of the windows failed (moisture formed on the inside of the glass). Oak Leaf replaced most of the windows. Subsequent to August 2005, numerous other windows failed. In addition, during heavy rain water seeped through the window to the inside of the house. In spite of the five year warranty, we received no support from Oak Leaf. I had to have my builder, at my expense, source a window supplier and perform the installation. When he installed new windows, he found that the Oak Leaf installation had left gaps below the window which allowed water to penetrate the house. I had to replace in excess of 100 windows at substantial cost to me. The quality of Oak Leaf workmanship, the quality of the windows supplied by Oak Leaf, and their responsiveness to us as customers is poor. Use extreme caution in dealing with this company.
