We cannot say enough good things about Northside Tree Professionals. We had three tree service companies scheduled for estimates, but within minutes of meeting with Doug of Northside Tree Professionals, we decided to cancel the following two scheduled estimates and move forward with Northside Tree Professionals. Doug was able to schedule the work a few hours after the estimate. The crew showed up exactly at the time scheduled and completed the work that would have normally taken approximately four hours within two and a half, in light of the less favorable weather that was expected to move in. In fact, Northside Tree Professionals was able to schedule and complete the work at our house after a much larger job at a golf course the same day was cancelled due to the impending weather. One of the large white oaks that got pruned is very close to our house, with several of the overgrown limbs immediately over a portion of our roof. Not only did Northside Tree Professionals complete the job without any damage to the house or grounds, the crew cleaned up so well that no traces of the work remained, other than the beautifully tamed white oaks. The crew members were very knowledgeable, professional and kind. The money we paid to complete the work was worth every penny and we will wholeheartedly use Northside Tree Professionals again in the future when we begin beautifying our backyard.

The work was very well done. Douglas and Wil listened well, offered good suggestions, and directed the crew in doing just what I had asked. They did some additional trimming at the end to make sure it looked just right. They displayed a high degree of professionalism at every point in the process. Northside will definitely be my first call the next time I need tree work done.

We have used Northside Tree Professionals several times over the years and they never disappoint! From the initial contact of getting a quote, to having the work done, this company is by far the best tree cutting company in Atlanta. They are always competitive, on time, professional and their clean up in impeccable. Doug, their sales person, and all of their crews are friendly and conscientious. This was a small job for them, but they treated it as though it was $5000 job. They actually worked us in (our house is on the market so we were in a bit of a rush to get the tree down). The weather hasn't exactly cooperated, but they always kept us informed of their schedule. They came in early this morning and were out in an hour and it looked like they had never been here (except that the tree is gone and everything looks great!). Anytime we need tree work done, we will hire them.

It went well. They were able to get my appointment made quickly after the estimate and before the large broken limb fell and hit my back covered porch. Great guys to talk to and really did a good job, and cleaned up nicely afterwards.

I would highly recommend this company. They were professional, worked quickly, and stayed until the job was completely done. I was impressed at their attention to detail and the amount of effort they spent to make sure other trees and landscaping were not damaged. We originally had a miscommunication regarding the amount of work that would be done while removing the brush from my back yard, but the company was very upfront and communicative, and did everything they could to make things right. I am very happy with the work that I had done and the company that did it.

They did a great job. They are exactly on time. The crew is very professional. They consulted me on all major decisions, and listened to my concerns. The trees look great after the trim. They also cleaned up well. All the cut off branches are chipped at site and carried away. Also, the price is very reasonable. I will definitely do business with them again.
