I have called next plumbing on Friday around 11:30 pm. I was surprised that someone answered. She was very nice on the phone. I told her my issue about the leak in my bathroom wall that we just found out. She told me to not to worry she is sending Tom in an hour. Tom arrived in less than an hour and start to worked. He had found the source of the leak and able to fix it. He was very knowledgeable and very polite to us knowing its late at night. He had wear his shoe protector which I never see any other service company did that before. Cleaned after his repairs was completed. My experience with next plumbing was amazing. Will definitely recommend to anyone that I know that needs a plumber. Kudos next plumbing!

I was searching for a cheaper alternative to home security monitoring. My family and I are on a tight budget, and we could not afford the steep charges from Suddenlink and other local home security providers for their systems. The two things causing the services to be so expensive were: (a) the cost of the monthly phone service we would need, since we don't have home phone service, and (b) the cost of the monitoring itself. We would had to pay about $80 a month, or more with these traditional companies! Thankfully I found NextAlarm after some careful googling. They are a fraction of the price of any of their competitors. Their system appeals to me, because it uses the internet rather than a phone line, saving lots of money. Their monitoring itself (done in the traditional way, with real people in a dispatch office) is also substantially cheaper on top of that. I paid $250 for the home security kit and now I only pay $13.50 per month for the monitoring! Its so cheap that the costs are literally offset entirely by the savings to my homeowner's insurance premium. The support staff at NextAlarm are great. They are so patient, and they will help you with anything related to your system. I have called them numerous times with little questions about this or that, and they are always super nice and knowledgable. They even walk you through how to make changes to your security system, step-by-step, when you want to change delay or change the programs. Please make note of the fact that they do not have a local installer to do the installation. The third-party vendor who offers an and quot;Instal cardand quot; will not be able to install your service in East Texas (they will refund your money once they see where you need the installation). Point being, you will need to hire a local handyman to install the home security system for you. As I already mentioned, I used Stephan du Toit -- (www.facebook.com/professionalhandymanservices). He charged my $60. Besides that little hiccup, NextAlarm is amazing. In summary, I love my service. I hope more people in my area sign up with them. It is such a great deal and they're so great!

They were very good. They were helpful on the phone and very inexpensive compared to the big name brands.

I contacted NextAlarm to see if the existing alarm system could be monitored. They confirmed it could be. Set up a time with them to "reprogram" the alarm system. They called during the scheduled time to reprogram the system over the phone. They mailed out decals and signs for the yard and actively monitor the system. I find the web access and email notifications to be a nice feature. Difficult to reach the support by phone unless you contact support by email and schedule a call back time. They do not offer 7x24 support. Monitoring is 7x24 and is a different group than the support group. I paid $100/year for monitoring (less than $10/month) services.

I personally think this is the best deal out there when it comes to monitoring your home via a security system. If you pay for the whole year it costs about 8.95 a month or 14.95 a month if you pay month by month. There is no contract! The reason they are so cheap is that you buy the monitoring equipment yourself either through them or through another company, and they do the monitoring of it. Most other companies give you some equipment but then you have to pay $40 a month for the next three years or some lengthy contract like that! NextAlarm lets you arm and disarm via the Internet, and provides excellent customer service. I highly recommend it!
