+ 1 moreExcellent, Andy shows up on time and has good rates. He is a good communicator and will tell you if what you want done is do-able.
Description of Work: I had Andy do lots of general updating to my home. Including some light plumbing, electrical, removing a wall to find an infestation and dealing with that.
