As I said above, Nancy drove my husband and myself around for weeks while we looked for the right house that would meet our needs. When we found that house, Nancy went through the inspection, closing, fixing small things at the new house, etc.. She was there every step of the way. She even helped move some of our stuff, our 2 cats and my husband and myself.
Description of Work: We called upon Nancy to help us sell a sixty year old house that needed many repairs and lots of work. Her suggestion was to sell it "as is" and let someone else fix it up. Nancy's suggestion turned out to be right, because we sold that house in about 6-7 weeks. She also drove us around looking for houses to buy. Nancy was very patient with us as we waited for the right house to show itself. When it did Nancy went through all the tedious but very important steps with us.
