+ -1 moreNancy was referred to us via a friend who has been using her services. That was over two years ago and we are still using her weekly. When my husband comes home from work on Wednesday's (the day she is here) the first thing he says after opening the door is "Clean House". Nancy is wonderful!!!!!!
Description of Work: Nancy and her crew have been cleaning our home weekly for over two years. She is on time, professional and thorough. It is difficult for any individual to come into a stranger's home and know exactly what one's expectations are. Although she cannot read our minds, she knows what is important when cleaning homes. If a specific area of concentration is important to you, let her know. Nancy listens and follows through with any concerns you may have and always makes certain that you are satisfied either by a follow up phone call or the next time she is in your home. Nancy speaks fluent English and has become a citizen of the United States since she immigrated here from Peru.

Description of Work: Floor to ceiling cleaning service, including 4 1/2 baths - includes dusting, vacuum carpets, hardwood floors, all kitchen and bathroom fixtures.

+ -1 moreMs. Novella and crew are always on time and efficient. They work consistently and do a great job. They are willing to take directions. Ms. Novella is bilingual.
Description of Work: Thorough house cleaning that includes mopping, vacuuming, dusting and changing linens. We have been using them since May 2009 and they charge $125.00/week.
