Awesome experience!!! Highly recommended to anyone in need of windows. The price, quality, service and professionalism can't be beat.

From the beginning to end, our experience was wonderful. Window quality was everything we wanted. Price was great. Installation crew (Chuck and Mike) were a pleasure to work with. Schedule was kept. Clean up was perfect - we didn't have to do anything. We had zero problems with MWT and would DEFINITELY recommend this company to everyone! I would definitely hire this company again, their dedication is amazing in this day and age!!!

From the time Marcus educated me about the windows he recommended for our home, until the completion of installation, everything was handled with the upmost professionalism. Marcus even took the extra precaution to mitigate for the possibility of lead paint because his contract said he would do so. His team worked efficiently and were even nice to my dogs. Great price too!

The majority of the reviews we read here were great. Most of them were about the quality of the product and the service. This made us excited to possibly use this company. However, we never got the opportunity to get more information about the product, because the sales person (Shaun) never showed up. My husband and I waited for the initial appointment (October 3) and received a call 30 minutes before the appointment informing us that he had to cancel. That’s understandable, unexpected things happen. He called the next day and asked to come by within the hour. My husband checked with me and I agreed. He again called and canceled and said he would call us the next day to let us know when he could come by. We never heard from him. My husband and I felt that it was obvious our business wasn’t that important. We were patient and did not receive the curtesy that we felt we deserved.

Excellent service from start to finish. Received quotes from several others, and MWT's was the most affordable by far (about half of what I was getting from others). No pressure to sign a contract to reduce the price either, so that's always a plus. Once I decided to go with them, Aineki was also very helpful and straightforward in explaining the contract/payment process. The job itself was done in about 3-4 hours, and Marc even stopped by to check in. Room temperature is a lot more even throughout the house, and I'm not hearing as much noise from the outside either. I highly recommend going with them if you're in the market for new windows!

It was a pleasure to do business with this company. The service, installation, and product were far superior to any other window service I have had. I already had Pella windows, and the ones that Mark recommended were better and more soundproof. I would hire MWT again in a blink of an eye.

Nothing yet. Windows are being made. Ready one month from 7/7. So I have no real opinion yet.

I cannot say enough nice things about this company. Marc, and his team were very professional throughout the process. The window installers were truly expert at installing windows. They clean up throughout the installation process, which once started, was completed in one day, once started. Many thanks.

We had four windows replaced by MWT Windows a couple months ago. Their price was excellent and we are happy with both their installation work and the quality of the windows thus far. One screen was not square when it arrived, but they ordered a replacement (for no extra cost) and did not expect us to complete payment until that had been installed. We hope to use them again once we are ready to replace more windows on our old house. :-)

When my windows were delayed due to COVID they informed me well before my installation date. They called my a week before my scheduled installation. Showed up on time the day of the installation and completed the install 2 hours earlier than the time the indicated it would be complete. The installers walked the house with me to make sure I was happy with the install and cleaned up all trash caused by the replacement. I am looking to hire them for some additional work and have already referred them to a friend.

It was excellent. Marc was super friendly and responsive. He came out and gave me the best quote in town. Wasn't pushy like many other window installers where they say "You have to sign our contract now!" Not this place at all. Very straight forward and honest. Gave me the best price and all the options. Worked with me on getting the right finance options. Window installers were prompt and professional. Windows look great. Finally I can be cozy in my home with my brand new windows!

Marc from MWT was very open and clearly communicated the timelines for the installation. Before the installation, they even sent a list of precautions their installation team was taking due to COVID. The team arrived in the exact time slot they communicated, and the work was completed within 3 hours. The cleanup was completed and we now have a nice brand new clear window.

It went very well. I have used MWT several times and have always been impressed with Marc and his team. They are very professional, delivered on time and at the price quoted. I will use MWT again and highly recommend them.

Marc and his crew did an outstanding job replacing our 50+ year old windows. Everything went exactly as expected, the windows were installed on the exact time and day we had planned. It took less than half a day to finish the entire project. I would recommend MWT to anyone!

Marc, Aineki, Danny and his team were top notch from start to finish. I met Marc when he came to give me an estimate for replacing my 9 exterior windows in my 2nd story condo. Marc was well educated about the entire process that you can expect to happen because he took over the business from his dad. Marc's experience is 2nd to none and his honest, down to earth approach gave me a sense of security choosing MWT for my job. The best part, their price was the best quote I received! Aineki from the home office was great to work with. She helped get me answers for my questions and well as getting me the paperwork in a timely manner. On the day of installation, Danny and his crew were right on time. They were pleasant, quick and efficient and the work was completed in under 3 hours. I couldn't be happier with MWT. I highly suggest you do your due diligence in looking at other companies, THEN call Marc and MWT. I promise you won't be disappointed.

Marc and his team could have not been a bigger pleasure. He was the third or fourth company I called for quotes--and was the only one not to try to confuse me with marketing gimmicks or push me in to a high pressure sale with limited information. His quote was also very reasonable--and he spent as much time as I needed explaining everything. He had several custom windows made, and they installed on time and without any issues. We will absolutely use him when we're ready to finish replacing the rest of our windows, and could not be happier.

After much research, I decided to have MWT install 29 window replacements. Their quote was competitive and Marc had actually done installation work and understands the full installation process. Thus, his crew are seasoned veterans and all speak English. Most window companies will send out "salesman" that have no idea of how the window will be installed or who the installation crew is. Marc was thorough in his assessment of what needed to be done and made alterations based on my needs, The house has never felt better as the windows were installed and sealed expertly. Highly recommend !!!

Being a "do-it-yourselfer", I would have turned our home into a six-month construction zone! People, Marc's team was in and out of here in four and a half hours! I have never been so happy to write a check for services, then sit back and see the smile on my wife's face when she returned home. And for a most fair and reasonable price, we have bought back six months of our life. Marc and MWT installed 28 windows and a new front door, replaced a wrap around porch and screened in porch and painted the house. Prices were very competitive and there were no unexpected charges at the end of the project. Marc and his team were excellent to work with. They were responsive, timely, and communicated the status and steps of the project. Marc stopped several times to check on the work. The work was high quality and the crews were excellent and did a great job cleaning up each day.

From the quote, to the measuring, and install; the entire team at MWT exceeded all expectations. They are reasonable, professional, and do a fantastic job.

Marc's estimating process was excellent, good discussion and solution exploration for treatment of picture windows. Came in with fair price first time. Worked around my schedule for installation. The installation team was quick, efficient, clean, and courteous.
