Marc was amazing and did everything he could to earn our business. He helped me understand the entire bidding and installation process. He helped me negotiate the competition's bid to get the best deal for me, when his came in 12 hours later than a high pressure sales pitch, which we fell for. He looked at his bid compared to what we had signed and explained what we needed to get confirmation on, and made sure we had everything in place to get the price match guarantee that was offered. He even followed up regularly to make sure we had gotten what we needed from the other company. I would recommend him to anyone who needs new windows. We are going to get our new garage door from him.

We had too many excellent providers to choose from! We ended up working with the provider who replaced several of our neighbors' windows in our midcentury (modernish) neighborhood. However, we highly recommend MWT as a window provider!

Really well. The initial windows were great, low-E, argon filled but the manufacturer had failed to make clear what paints were compatible and the trim started to buckle in the sun. Marc was fabulous, worked on our behalf to get new windows made, his guys got the appropriate paint (that still matched our house perfectly), took out the first set of replacement windows, re-installed the new set, got the paint mixed and painted. All at NO additional cost to us. Spectacular! Now love the windows, you can stand in front of them as the sunlight pours in and only get a bit warm, not hot. Great technology. Great service, above and beyond!

I chose 5 names from Angie's List and interviewed each person who came for the estimate. The owner of MWT, Marc Tompkins, gave me excellent advice on how to go about deciding what I needed. I had read reports from Consumer Reports and other sources before looking. His advice confirmed and expanded what I had discovered. More importantly, he listened and then answered. His expertise and professionalism were impressive. The windows he recommended were of high quality. His estimate was very competitive with the others. Because he was the owner and obviously knew his business, I decided to use him. He gave me a time when the windows would be ready and did everything he could to accommodate my schedule. His installers arrived when promised, were very friendly and professional, willingly answered my questions and obviously took pride in their work. The house also had some other related trim issues which Marc promptly reviewed, gave me a price to fix them and arranged for that work to also be done. It was accomplished within a few days. Again, his workers were first rate and the work satisfied me completely.

Marc and his team did an excellent job for very competitive pricing. They were easy to work with, very knowledgeable, and quick to respond. We are loving our new windows and highly recommend MWT!

Mark provided a reasonable estimate, ordered the hardware, and installed them perfectly! It tooka few weeks to get the windows ordered, but that seems par for the course with small custom jobs. I couldn't be happier with the results. Mark is very friendly and the entire experience was professional from start to finish.

The job went wonderfully. Marc Tompkins came to our house and discussed what needed to be done with me. I felt he took the time to understand what needed to be done. He took measurements, and later emailed me the estimate for the work to be done. We agreed to things. Of course I had to wait for the windows/doors to be made -- about two weeks -- but I was fine with that. When the windows/doors were ready, MWT called me and we set up a time for the install. The crew arrived on time and reviewed with me what to do. They were fantastic and obviously knew what they were doing. Each person had a job to do -- it was like an assembly line as old stuff was removed, new stuff was prepared and installed. When they were finished, Marc came in and checked everything out himself, then went over how to operate the windows, warranty, etc. Everyone involved was highly professional -- they were great. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

Mark and his team were great! He is very transparent about costs, worked with me on style, came in at the lowest price of all three contractors I spoke to, and even bumped up the install date two weeks early when another client had to reschedule. His team was courteous and professional, even calling when they saw my cat outside to make sure that was okay. Would def recommend this company!

MWT did an excellent quality work. At our first meeting he explained exactly what would be done. They answered all my questions. They did superb work with quality materials. I highly recommend MWT be your first call.

Marc was professional and responded well. His crew was efficient, courteous and cleaned up everything. They even hung my curtains back up for me. The price was better than the big shops and his product has been wonderful.

Marc and his team were flawless. Marc went above and beyond to get us the best financing and he was there the day of the job and came back after the install to answer any questions. We sat through 3 window sales presentations from different companies before we found Marc. The gimmicks and sales techniques were exhausting. Marc was a breath of fresh air after all that searching. He is straight to the point and will treat you fairly. I would definitely, and probably will, hire MWT in the future.

Marc and his team did a fantastic job. The quality of the materials and custom wood work required was great, and Mark went above and beyond to follow up to ensure all caulk and seals were air tight. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs great quality and great value windows.

This is my second time using Marc. This time was more complicated as we were replacing old, rotted french doors and installing picture windows. We also added two windows, one picture and one slider to the room. This required removing the rough hewn cedar siding in the den and save it for reinstall. They also had to build up the bottom of each doorway to support the windows, put in headers and framing for the new windows and then put it all back together like it was always there. I've included some picture of the work. Marc and his team are always professional, do a quality job, keep communicating and clean up after themselves. The slider was not installed correctly and Marc was prompt to have his team out to fix it and a couple of little items. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat, but he's replaced all our windows! :)

Super pleased. One of the best contractor interactions I've had. Marc's sales pitch was honest and to the point. He explained the process well, and didn't try to up-sell us. The quote was fantastic. When it came time to finalize the contract we realized he'd quoted 16 windows instead of the 18 needed. To my pleasure, Marc added the two windows at cost. Quoted time to build the windows was a month, but after only two weeks they were ready, and we scheduled the install. The install was a breeze. His team was polite and cleaned up after themselves. They moved furniture themselves, and when they left the house looked beautiful. Work was done in a little more than half a day. Thanks, Marc!

The installation went very well because the crew was very knowlegeable and professional. Mark did not try to sell me a more expensive product. He explained to me that the Asure line was a very good budget model and would serve me well. I certainly would use Mark's company again.

I got a free estimate with a good presentation and plenty of information on what I would be getting if I used their services. I got a much much better estimate than I got from a much bigger company and decided to go with MWT. Once the custom ordered windows came in, we had an appointment to install them a few days later and Marc's crew got the job done unbelievably fast. I got everything I expected and so far so good with the new windows. The windows have cut down on outside noise tremendously and have a much better seal and functionality than my old windows. I'm very pleased.

We are pleased with the results. The price of our project was more expensive than normal because we ordered STC-rated windows with laminated glass (rated for soundproofing). We wanted these windows to cut down on airplane noise. Not all vendors we contacted were familiar with STC ratings or willing to research it. Marc took extra time to get us information about windows that he doesn't normally sell. We also needed interior trim work because of the style of our original windows. The configuration of our original windows was not common, and installing the new ones was not a standard replacement job. Marc made sure we were maximizing our glass space, even though it meant more work during the install. The installers were polite, clean, and quick.

Mark was very professional, and knowledgeable about thermal replacemernt windows. He recommended special sound-proofing windows for the back of our house to block the nearby train noise. What a difference it made. His workers replaced the 18 windows and one door within a day! When I called him some months later about the new door hinges being very noisy when opened and closed, he came back and took care of the problem without question. I highly recommend Mark and his company. They weren't the least expensive bid, but Mark and his company are worth every penny!
