Marc's estimating process was excellent, good discussion and solution exploration for treatment of picture windows. Came in with fair price first time. Worked around my schedule for installation. The installation team was quick, efficient, clean, and courteous.

From my 1st meeting with Marc until thru the installation, everything went very smoothly. His crew did an excellent job and was in and out in 2 hrs. Absolutely no complaints. A number of my neighbors have inquired and may use MWT for their installation.

Marc and his team were fantastic to work with. 1st big win: As a single female homeowner, nobody asked me "Will your husband be there when we provide the estimate?" 2nd big win: Marc recognized immediately that I knew what I wanted and I wasn't a window idiot (No up-sale as I had done tons of research) But if you haven't, he can answer all your questions and explain in great detail and with patience EVERYTHING you need to know). 3rd big win: Angie's List customers don't lie. Biggest wins of all: Price, Service, Attention to Detail, Clean and Neat, Responsiveness, Honesty. I'm adding a hiccup so you will believe this review...The Manufacturer sent the wrong door--However, Marc made everything perfect immediately.

We were very pleased with the work performed by Marc and his team. We had 11 windows, a door, and gutters installed. I researched numerous contractors for windows. MWT’s prices were fair and we were happy with the Alside Mezzo windows chose. I was most Impressed with Marc’s responsiveness. We had some minor follow items to be addressed after our installation. My calls were always returned the same day and he quickly resolved my needs. I would be happy to use MWT again.

They replied to my post via email and asked me to send them a photo and my phone number and I obliged. They responded and said that they would send me a quote in a couple of days. I never heard back from them. I wasted two days of my time waiting to hear back from them.

Marc and his installers were great. They did 22 windows in about 6 hours, with a 6 week lead time for the ordering. I didn't pay the full amount until I inspected them and was satisfied with the way they did everything. I'd recommend them.

I couldn't be more pleased with the whole process. Initially, Marc came over and gave me detailed and helpful information about various window options. He helped me decide on the best value and quality for my needs. He told me when he could do the installation and because it was a fairly small job he would probably be able to do it in about six weeks. It turned out he was able to do it in exactly four weeks! On installation day, he arrived and introduced me to the two men that would be doing the installation. These two gentlemen had my old windows removed, the new windows installed, and the whole area cleaned within three hours! I couldn't really believe it could be done that fast but they are clearly experts. The installers were polite and quiet, which I appreciated. Marc had previously told me theses guys have been working with him for many years and I think that says a lot about his business. Afterwards, Marc returned and showed me how the windows work, how to clean then, and about the clever safety latches that allow you to have the window open a few inches for ventilation but securely keeps them from opening any further. I was so pleased with everything that I referred two of my neighbors to Marc. I have absolutely no reservations about recommending him.

I love my new sunroom. I use it all year. I had windows and a new door installed. The installation went smoothly and and everyone was very professional. Marc suggested a type of window that keeps the heat out of the room and it seems to help with the cold too. No leakage of air around any of the installation. So happy and the price was very reasonable.

They did a very good job. Professional, prompt, quality of work was outstanding, they cleaned up after themselves, and I got a written invoice. They are superb, very courteous, and they get rave reviews from me! I would most definitely hire them again and refer them to others.

Although projects took longer than expected due to delay in manufacturing materials, all work was professionally performed and on budget.

We have had a great experience working with Marc to replace windows in our nearly 80 year old house. Marc is great. He took the time to explain to me what window product he had and the pros/cons of them. I never felt any pressure or like he was trying to up-sell me. I did a lot of research and his prices were some of the best in the area as well. The windows arrived within the timeframe he said they would. Unfortunately it was raining pretty hard the day of the install but they hung out for a few hours to try and make it work. But ultimately the ended rescheduling for the next time- which surprised me it was able to happen so quickly.

In 2017, we needed all of our windows and 3 doors leading to the outside replaced. Our home was about 30 years old and still had the originial windows. We had many companies come out to our house to give us quotes. We decided to go with Marc and we are so happy with this decision! He provided quality workmanship for an affordable price in a timely manner using high quality materials. To begin with, he helped us fill out the paperwork that our HOA required. He was very patient as we made design decisions regarding the doors. His team was punctual and professional every day they came to the house. His team did make one mistake when installing one of the doors, and Marc was quick to fix it. After the windows were installed and we had them painted, we noticed some smears on the glass that appeared to be between the two panes of glass. Marc was quick to contact Precision Millworks, the window manufacturer, to remedy the issue which ended up not being a window issue at all. Over-spray of paint from the painters had caused it. My point is Marc stood by his work and his product. I would definitely recommend Marc to everyone I know and would absolutely hire him again for future home improvement projects.

We were shopping around and Marc seemed to be one of the most genuine people we've come across. No BS, he tells it how it is, take it or leave it. The overall price was competitive. The service performed was excellent and the communication was excellent as well. I highly recommend Marc and his team. PS. Marc is the owner and a salesperson. It went great! This is the second time we have worked with Marc and his team(s) and everything went very smoothly and efficiently. Because of the multiple projects, Marc was able to lower our cost some, which we appreciated. The windows are beautiful (and the did a fine job installing them into the old home), the door a major improvement, and the deck that Fernando's team built is nothing short of gorgeous. We truly hate to sell it now!
