MWT is very responsive. Marc returned my message promptly and worked with me on options. I was informed everystep of the way and learned a lot about doors and entrances in the process. The material had to be ordered and Marc followed up via phone and text to make sure i had the right expectations. The team arrived to do the installation on time, worked diligently and efficiently, and completed the entire project in less than 3 hours. I am very please with the end result and highly recommend MWT for any services related to Doors, windows and siding.

They showed up on time. They took down window treatments, removed the old windows, installed replacement windows, replaced any rotted exterior wood window trim and installed aluminum trim on the exterior of the windows over the wood. They then cleaned up the work area completely, cleaned the windows inside and outside and reinstalled the window treatments. They took all old windows with them and made sure we were completely satisfied before they left.

Marc, the owner, immediately returned my call and came for an inspection. He took the time to really explain to me all that needed to be done. He did not try to sell me things I did not need and he even suggested lower cost ways of fixing the problems. The job was done early and exceeded our expectations. Marc and his crew were very professional and worked diligently on one of the coldest days of November. The repair came in exactly to the estimate that we were given. We have recommend MWT Home Improvement to all of our friends and family. Great customer service and workmanship!

Marc came out and examined a large window which had been leaking rain. I expected to have to replace the window and anticipated a substantial cost to do so. However, Marc recommended a repair rather than replacement and recommended a carpenter who could do the work. He could have sold me an expensive window but was honest and suggested a cheaper alternative. I did not use him this time but I will in the future should I need window replacements.

It went great. Mark was very responsive. He measured our windows, gave us a fair quote and delivery date. He said it would take about a month to order the windows. He followed up w/ me one week before delivery to confirm the install. He and his crew arrived on time (9am EST). His crew were polite, professional, quick and cleaned up after themselves. His crew worked all day installing the windows and even cleaned them before they left. I have now asked for MWT to provide a quote on replacing our siding w/ hardi plank. I appreicate their good work.

Marc was awesome to deal with. Communication was a breeze and he was very responsive in setting up an appointment to come take a look at our home and the job we contacted him about. He looked at all the windows, gave us an education about choosing windows, not a sales pitch on why to choose his windows. I appreciated the time he took and the services he was offering. After completing our search, we did choose another provider to do our job, but I was throughly impressed with Marc. He even contacted me after I informed him that we had gone another direction, not to try and win the job back, but to know what he could have done better. Honestly there wasn't anything he could really do better, we just liked a product he did not offer better. If you are looking at replacing windows, I would recommend you make Marc part of your search. He was great to deal with.

I did A LOT of research before deciding which company to purchase my new windows from. MWT wasn't the cheapest, but they weren't the most expensive either. Marc came to my home for the initial appointment and performed a very succinct, clear demonstration of his windows and their features. After he left and I did additional research, I contact him via email to adjust the requirements on my windows and he adjusted the price accordingly. He was very responsive via email. The windows were ordered and came in within a month. Within 2 days of the windows arriving, he had his guys at my house installing. His team of installers were very professional, they even showed up early for the installation, and the installation was very quick but thorough. I think they arrived at 9:30am and were done by 1:30pm. I was afraid they were going to trample on my flowers that were underneath my windows but they took great care not to. They cleaned up after themselves, and aside from having new windows, you wouldn't have know they were there at all. I felt Marc's price was fair. He gave a breakdown of all the charges and was a no-pressure salesman. I would use him again in the future and I highly recommend him.

The service was awesome. There are no complaints about this guy. They were in and out so quickly and cleaned up very well. They are very professional.

Marc was awesome. I had a tricky issue with trying to get some replacement screens for my windows and he came by the house to take a look. He was very straight-forward about what I needed to do and gave me great advice that will save me lots of money! While I decided that it's a job that I could do on my own, I couldn't have done it without his help. Would definitely recommend!

The owner Marc Tompkins returned my first call within a few hours of me calling him. We scheduled an appointment within just a few days and Marc was extremely patient, informative, and knowledgable in answering all my questions and providing advice in selecting the windows that would satisfy my needs. The crew that did the install work were very friendly and did a great job installing the windows. It was a hot summer day and I greatly appreciated how they only had a few windows out at a time and were quick to install the new ones with as little loss of air conditioned air as possible. Marc's reviews on Angie's List were outstanding and I could not agree more with them. I give MWT an outstanding rating.

Marc was the only company that listened to my concerns and explained the process in full. He was not trying to upsell me. We had a conversation and exchange of ideas. What a fresh approach! He walked the property with me and was the only company that did. He explained in detail the difference in each sample right down to the type of coil wrap would be used to the type of caulking and the reason why. On the install day, Marc and his crew showed up right on time and went to work. I was impressed at how they worked as a team, each doing their job as the process moved forward. If I requested a slight change or modification, they accomodated the request without hesitation. I must point out that they faced a huge challenge in the bathroom. My home was built in 1930 and the sill and sub sill in the bathroom had rotted to almost nothing. I was consulted and we discussed options to set the window so the tile guys could surround the new window without having a future issue with a sill in the tub area. A shout out to Jeremy who spent the better part on one hour plus rebuliding the sill. He did a great job. These guys worked from 8 am to 8 pm. They had a long and hot day. They were careful while inside and outside my home. They cleaned up all areas and you could not tell they were here when they left. I want to point out that every one of Marc's crew was polite and did not mind answering and explaining any questions I had. They finished up some trim work on Saturday and again Marc let me know they would show up at 1 pm and they did. Jeremy and Nick knocked out the remaining work in an hour or so. I am so pleased with the job and how the finished product looks. My neighbors still stop me when I am out front to complement how great the house looks. The best part is I get to enjoy my new windows and I will not be freezing this winter from the 80 plus year old windows!

They were prompt and got the job done quickly and neatly. The sales pitch was factual and not aggressive, which I appreciate. Also, the owner was on the job. Some companies have a separate sales force and installation crews, or even contract out installation, which probably results in higher cost and a disconnect between the sale and the service. Overall we were very satisfied and will probably call them back to replace our front doorway and the rest of our windows.

We recently replaced 22 windows and 2 doors to upgrade our house which was constructed in 1994. After doing our homework we chose MWT Home Improvement to do this work and were very happy with the cost, quality of the product, and the professionalism of their work. The owner, Marc Tompkins, was very responsive to our phone calls and e-mail and he frequently visited the work site. The crew was always on time and removed the old windows and doors and replaced them in rapid fashion. When they were finished,the workers cleaned up the few debris left, inside and outside, and took away the old doors and windows. We highly recommend MWT to anyone considering this type of work and would use MWT again.

Marc and his team are exceptional. I waited after getting the windows to review him as I feel that reviews are more meaningful after some "setting" time. Marc came 3 times, once for the initial estimate, once for detailed measurements and once with his team for installation. In all 3 cases he was on time or ahead of schedule. Here's a small detail: We don't wear shoes in the house. As a measure of his attention to detail, I didn't have to tell him, he noticed on his own & removed his shoes. The only contractor to ever come to my house, notice and have enough respect to remove his shoes without being asked. He asked his employees to do the same. It's a small detail, and one we would have overlooked, but nice none the less. He negotiated the price fairly, and we think we got a good value. The installation went without a hitch and they were done in one day. They thoroughly cleaned up any mess behind. We had one damaged screen and an improperly fitting garden window shelf. Both were resolved in a couple of days without my having to bring it to his attention. The windows were made by his brother's company in GA, and they were excellent. We will call Marc again when we need windows. 18 months later, we sold the house and the buyer told us that the windows helped us max out the price for the neighborhood.

We received three bids. Of the three MWT was the only one to modify the original bid as we refined what we wanted. Some of our windows have white interior frames, others have wood stained interior frames. When it became apparent that painted interiors would not satisfy our needs Marc modified his proposal to include stained wood windows to match the stained frames. Marc experimented with multiple stains and made multiple trips to our house to get a good match. He also made multiple trips to our house with color swatches to insure a good match with our homes exterior. MWT's installation team was very professional, completing the work in one day. Marc appears to be a perfectionist. As a result we could not be happier with his company's work.

We received three estimates from different companies for this large job. We did our homework regarding the most energy efficient products. MWT gave us the products we wanted at the best price. Marc was extremely knowledgeable & professional. He was also patient, and provided us with different options. He and his team were punctual and always gave a 'heads up' on the progress of the order and the time frame needed for installation.

I could not be more happier with the service. The team came on time and began working right away. They were very fast and very detailed in installing the windows. I am very pleased and will use them again.

Marc showed up on time to do his measurements and discuss his products. He promptly submitted a bid for us to consider. We made one slight adjustment to what we wanted (white window in the kitchen) and Marc immediately sent us a new bid reflecting a reduced bid. Upon our acceptance of the bid, Marc came back out, once again on time, to re-measure and discuss possible installation dates. When the windows came in Marc called to establish an installation date and time. His team showed up on time, completed their work in less than three hours, cleaned everything up and put things back in place as they were. The new windows look fantastic and we can already see a marked improvement in efficiency over the old windows. Throughout the process, Marc and his team displayed a high level of professionalism and dedication to pleasing us as customers. I look forward to having MWT replace the windows on the front of the house as soon as I have can.

Everything went perfect. They were very professional, timely, and did an excellent job. They also used quality products.

Mark was very prompt and curtious when he came to access the work needed to replace our windows. he spent time going over options with me and was able to help me make the correct decision. It took his workers about 4 hours to replace 14 windows and I noticed a difference as soon as I got home from work. The outside noise is significatly reduced and I am better able to maintain a consitent temperature within the house. I no longer feel a breeze when I sit in front our my closed windows in the living room.

Marc is very professional and responsive. I have talked to many different window contractors. He is the best one that I have met. His crew is great and performed the quality job. I would highly recommend him.

He has a great price on windows and I have refered him to friends. However, we are having to wait for our tax return to replace the windows.

I found Marc on Angie's list and was impressed with the quantity of glowing reviews. As it turned out, they weren't wrong. I had done my due diligence on this project - investigating windows and getting quotes from some of the big window companies (Champion and Pella) . They weren't close to my budget, and even then their quotes didn't include all the windows or replacing the extra door. I contacted Marc and quickly set-up an appointment. It didn't take long to realize he knew what he was talking about. After sitting through hours-long presentations from the big window companies, Marc knew to just hit the points that were relevant to my job: comfort, appearance, quality and price. He hit for the cycle. The installers showed up within 10 minutes of the scheduled time, were professional and personable, and did great work. 14 windows and a wall in less than 8 hours. I wish I had a fraction of their craftsman abilities. March was frequently on site making sure things were going well. Lastly, even though MWT was a whooping 35% less than the big companies (for more work and windows), I feel we received equal or better quality, service and warranty protection as the big boys. You'd be making a good decision going with MWT.

My partner and I contacted MWT about replacing a side-entry door and storm door, as well as replacing an eave at the corner of the front porch. The owner, Marc Tompkins, responded to our request for an estimate right away and scheduled a time to come out to take measurements. He impressed us with his knowledge and even suggested a repair to the eave that was much more economical that what we had anticipated. Though his was not the lowest estimate we received, it was within the range we planned to spend so we chose to go with Marc's company. He explained that the door we chose would take about three weeks to arrive from the factory. It being the last week of October we figured the door wouldn't be installed until after Thanksgiving. When Marc called two days before Thanksgiving to let us know the door was ready, we still assumed the work would be done the following week. To our surprise Marc said his team could be out there following morning. They were very punctual and the work was completed in about four hours. He even upgraded or storm door at not extra charge because he thought it was a better door. We love the new door and are highly satisfied with the work MWT Home Improvement did. We highly recommend them.
