Description of Work: I have used Marc Tompkins dba: MWT Home Improvement on 3 occasions to replace windows in 2 of the condos I own over several years. He provides quality replacement windows at competitive prices & uses skilled, professional installers. There was a problem with one of the installations & Marc took care of it promptly without hassle. My only critique is that you will be charged an additional service fee if you want to use a credit card. Other than that, I would highly recommend & use him again.

Description of Work: MWT replaced our front door with a fiberglass model. It was a pleasure dealing with Marc Tompkins who was always accommodating and quite professional. The installation crew (Kohut) was very thorough and obviously quite experienced. We were a little nervous about fitting a new door into an old space but it turned out well. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: Mark and his team did a great job on our windows. From the initial quote through the installation, we had a good experience. There were a couple minor issues with the order, but Mark did his best to make it right immediately. Overall, I was very pleased with the work and would be happy to work with him again.

Description of Work: We dreaded buying replacement windows, having had them put into another home years ago. However this time the experience was much less stressful. We got three bids, and all three were professionally presented, with no high pressure tactics. We chose MWTbecause they offered a quality product we liked, at a reasonable price. They did a great job on the installation. They showed up on time, completed the work, and left. They did a good job cleaning up, and the windows look great. Description of Work: This is my second time using Mark. He's great! His team is punctual, professional & they clean up after. Mark is responsive to concerns but not that flexible regarding pricing. If you want to use a credit card there will be a surcharge so a check is best. It is what it is, but I am happy with the result. Will use him again in my elderly mother's home.

Description of Work: MWT installed 6 casement, 5 double hung and 1 picture Simonton windows. Work done as promised, when promised. Crew arrived early, moved furniture as needed then replaced and cleaned all debris inside and out afterwards. Overall, a very pleasant experience. So far, no problem with windows except for some screens which leave tiny gaps in corners just large enough for Georgia's no-see-ums mosquitoes. Ouch!

Description of Work: Marc and his crew replaced every window in my home (11). The workers were courteous, friendly and very professional. They came in and knocked it out, it was amazing how fast they completed the job. They started the job around 11am and was finished around 2:30-3:00pm. They cleaned up my property when they were finished and haled all the old windows and materials away. I would refer anyone to them, THEY WERE EXCELLENT!!!

Description of Work: Several years ago I used Mark to replace most of my old/lead paint covered downstairs windows and he did a fantastic job. Had Mark back out to do some old upstairs windows and a new door. Great job as well. Mark is so pleasant and professional. He is an absolute joy to work with and his products are high quality. On time and professional. I wish Mark could coordinate all my home Improvement needs. He is a pro. Also.....he loved my big 30 pound Maine C*** cat so you know he's a great guy!

Description of Work: Marc and his team were prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. He was very responsive to our phone calls and emails. We had previously received quotes from several other window replacement companies, but they failed to follow through. Marc did a wonderful job of explaining what there were going to do and how they were going to do it. They performed the job prior to the designated timeline. Description of Work: Marc Tomkins, owner of MWT Home Improvements installed 18 windows in my house. I decided to give the job to Marc because he was so straight forward and clear explaining what type of windows I needed to install to have a more energy efficient home and he gave immediately estimates for different options. He gave me the impression that I could trust him and he proved himself right on everything he said. He suggested higher grade for windows facing west where I get full sun in the afternoon and a slightly lower grade on other windows which are not exposed to direct sun. He also suggested replacing a window with side panes, which was in the second level of the foyer, to a large fixed picture window which now looks so much nicer. He was hands on before, during and after installation and took care of paperwork and all details about the job. The installers were very polite, clean and I was also very impressed how fast and efficient they were. It took them about a 1 1/2 days to complete the job and Marc came by several times to make sure that everything was on track. I would highly recommend him and I will call again to change at a later date my sliding door going to the patio. Also, my electric bill is already showing savings - just as Marc promised. The job was done on July 26, 2012

Description of Work: I did 17 replacement windows (Simonton 5050), it was a very smooth and professional job. The crew members are great! The job was done in one day and left the job site clean. Would recommend all the way. Thx!
