They called me right back, were very helpful in regards to scheduling, the technician (Nick I believe) was very thorough in his work and his explanation of the process and procedures. With regards to price, I am sure, like with anything, that there cheaper alternatives but then, you get what you pay for. I will use Mr. Steam again when the need arises.
Description of Work: I had Mr. Steam clean my favorite chair, some pillows and a sofa.
