 + -1 moreConscientious, competent, and cheap. One of the few handymen who will tackle a job on a roof. Seemed to come and go at will; probably balancing several jobs at once. This created some anxiety because of a deadline, but was compensated by reasonable pricing.
Description of Work: Install joist and stringer hangers; remove vines from wall, tack down roof flashing, install stair risers. On a separate job, he repaired some louver slats in a dormer vent.

 + -1 moreAppointment set with contractor. Mr Tommy pulled a no-show, no-answer. Contacted me 4 1/2 hours later and said sorry he was busy. Wow, no time to answer my phone calls or text messages and don’t even have the courtesy to let me know if you cannot make it? Rescheduled appointment for 2 days later and he pulled another no-show and no-call. All these hassle just for him to just look at a job and give me an estimate. Imagine what it would take if we paid this guy and needed him come back and fix some issues. No thank you! Unreliable and his promises cannot be trusted.
Description of Work: Painting, minor carpentry repair and misc punch-out items to turn around a unit where the tenant had just moved out.

 + 0 moreIt went well. Tommy showed up on time and performed the work with so much care and dedication. He even took before and after pictures and sent them to me.
Description of Work: Tommy did work for me on my rental property in Gwinnette county (Lawrenceville). He replaced all the rotten wood on my home; fixed my porch as the wood railing apart and then painted the areas he fixed.

Description of Work: It was thanksgiving 2016 and I need the interior of my home painted on Cascade road. I called Tommy and he came by gave me an estimate and did the work. It was simply beautiful. He even gave me suggestion on colors scheme I could think of.
