Mr. Clean & Shine

The service was excellent. All the windows were cleaned and the outdoor plants were protected during the pressure washing. The crew of 2 repositioned any items that were displaced during the window cleaning and pressure washing. I have used this company for window cleaning for 4 years and would recommend them to others.

They were very good. I would highly reccommend them. The windows were sparkling, and I've had no problems with my gutters.

I arranged for this company to clean our windows. We scheduled an appointment for Saturday morning. During scheduling I asked if we could get a call-ahead when the crew was on their way. I was told NO, they would be at our house at 9am, or as close as traffic would allow. As it was a Saturday morning we didn't expect much traffic. On Saturday morning nobody showed up. I tried to call the office, but they are closed on Saturday. At 10:49am, I received a call saying there was confusion about our appointment time. They asked if I still wanted them to come. I told them NO, and that I would never use them again. I told them that this was unprofessional, and the second time that this happened with this company (the first time was about 5 years ago). After telling them that I would NEVER use them again the guy asked again - so you don't want your windows cleaned? I cannot emphasize enough that you shouldn't waste your time. I should have known a problem was going to happen when they wouldn't offer to call ahead and just said that they would be here. Epic FAIL!

They do great job. They also clean gutters our gutters. All the people that work for them have a great attitude.

They are very good. I would recommend them. They’re pretty average in terms of price. I think they’re in there with everybody else. They’re not the cheapest but they’re not the most expensive either. The quality of their work is excellent. They are very good with responsiveness. They’re excellent with punctuality. They always come when they have to. I plan to use them again in the future.

I called the firm and requested an estimate. They indicated they would send someone out. They never did. I made several repeat calls to the firm to ask when they would come. No one answered the phone or responded to my phone messages. As I wanted three estimates before contracting the work, I had to contact another company which delayed the process to get the work done.

They were on time and efficient. Good job overall.

Very pleasant experience. Prompt in scheduling a time that I requested (a Saturday as I work). Came on time, and did inside even though it was a rainy day. I was happy they came as I had stayed home for this. They would have rescheduled if I had requested. Returned two days later to complete outside. Charged $8 per window for inside and out, less a 10% coupon I had from my boss using them previously. They consider up to 18 panes a window so it came in at 23 windows since some of windows were small instead of the 31 I expected, further lowering the cost. Overall a good experience.

We were very satisfied with their work. They responded to our call and set up a time and were very prompt. They were very thorough and didn't leave a mess anywhere in the house. The windows have never been so clean.
