Most Clean LLC

The woman who cleaned my apartment did a very good job. It is the owner, Joseph Baker, who is a liar. We exchanged emails in which he quoted $140 for a move-out cleaning estimate. I emailed the list of items to be cleaned from the apartment manager to both of his email addresses and he said they would do everything on the list (which included the refirigerator and the oven). When I went to the apartment to pay the cleaning woman, she said it would be $165 because cleaning the refrigerator and oven was $25 extra (NOT because it was too dirty or some such other excuse). Again, let me stress that I had previously sent the cleaning list, which CLEARLY stated a couple of times that the refrigerator and oven were to be cleaned, to both of Joseph's email addresses, and he said that everything on the list was included in his estimate. When I called him to remind him that his estimate was $140, not $165, he flat out denied it. I HAVE IT IN WRITING FROM HIM! The cleaning woman had about an hour's worth of work left to do and HE TOLD HER TO LEAVE IF I DON'T PAY $165! He knew that I had to have the apartment cleaned that day and that he had me between a rock and a hard place, so I paid the $165. I have since forwarded our previous emails to him, not once but twice, to prove that he said it would be $140, but since he can see that I am clearly in the right and he is clearly in the wrong, he can't be bothered to respond. He is a snake oil salesman.

The staff of Most Clean LLC are really good and reasonable. I'm absolutely happy with them, and I would give them an A overall.
