Dr. Moss should have his license revoked to practice medicine. He is part of a clinic that is the most un-caring group of bitter, rude, and money-grubbing un-professionals who completely lack compassion. Despite the fact that I had surgery - which is a clear reason for pain management - they don't have any sympathy for people needing to live their lives, work, travel, etc. in terms of scheduling appointments. Dr. Moss is part of a practice that has another office location which I visited where they were so compassionate and could not understand why Dr. Moss was not helping me with the pain management. I travel for work, and when I need a refill, they will not help me - they just say I need to wait until I get back. I also was stuck out of town due to a flight cancellation, so I missed an appointment. They would not refill the Rx and said I needed to schedule an appointment, yet nothing was available until 2 weeks later. No alternative, no anything except that it was my problem. I even asked if I could keep the appointment over the phone, since it only boils down to discussion and I said to bill me for the time. Nope. This doctor thinks his time and effort is more valuable that anyone else's. This is what is wrong with the medical system. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR. You will regret it.
