They actually cleaning was good but I wasn't happy with the scheduling. They give priority scheduling to their more frequent customers which is why I had to cancel my service with them.

The phone contact was responsive. Everyone I spoke with was very nice. I received confirmation call-backs. I was given a price estimate for the move-out cleaning which seemed reasonable. The two ladies showed up at the house promptly (actually before I even got there!), and were professional and pleasant. They did a walk through, asked pertinent questions, and were ready to go to work. They did a great job. Floors were clean, bathrooms were sparkling, and the kitchen was spotless. As I wasn't there at the time the cleaning was completed, the final charge was to be made on my credit card (which I had provided to the scheduler). I was given no confirmation of what that final charge was -- not by phone or by email, and not by receipt left at the house. When I checked my bank account, I was shocked to find that the final cost was more than $100 more than what I was expecting it to be based upon the estimate I was given. I have not yet had time to call to clarify why the final charge was so much, but I am dismayed that no contact has been initiated by the company to explain that, either.

Overall their services were on time. They always had the same two workers which was nice because they knew what to do.

Not very thorough. Had to call maid back and got a different person. We were still not fully satisfied and would not use the service again.

I read the reviews online in Angieslist and they seemed pretty good. So, I called them up to give them a try. They were very thorough and very punctual. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again as they were very good. They would come and ask me if they had any questions. They were very conscious of the service that they provided. They were great.

I like not having to buy supplies. The people that come to my house and the crew are very friendly.

They are very matured and organized than I am. They are excellent. They do exactly what they say they are going to do. They are very helpful with the special job I give them. The same person comes every time. She is very fluent. We have had a great experience with her. They are very good with everybody in the house. They are very caring company. We have had a very good relationship with them. They are highly qualifies and do a great job. They come on time, and they call me in advance to inform me about that.

They always do a good job and are reliable.

The ladies that clean my house do a wonderful job. They are always very professional and right on time. I have a set day every month for them to come clean and they are always here when they are supposed to be.
