If I could have given Miriam A++++++s for all categories I would have. Miriam is the best realtor I've ever met! She's like the energizer bunny and she will do everything in her power to make sure you are successful and get every last penny on the sale of your home or save every last penny on the purchase of your new home. We listed with Miriam on June 1st. She brought in a team of stagers and photographers and made our house look spectacular. She went out of her way in every sense of the word. She had an open house 2 weekends in a row and sold our house in 2 and half weeks. She showed us house after house after house (which were selling before we could make an offer, the market was so crazy). Helped us put a contract on the house we are purchasing (closing tomorrow) and STILL sent us more information on houses coming on the market to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. Then she helped us arrange all of the needed inspections and squeezed every last dime out of the seller to cover any needed repairs. She spent an entire Friday evening helping us price items and the following Saturday helping us have an Estate Sale and even texted me on a Sunday to see if I needed help packing. Add to all of this very professional, thorough, knowledgeable, honest, ethical, kind, fun and on and on and on. We could not be happier with her service and now consider her a friend.
