Description of Work: They came to repair the washer Hot water valve on the washer before the insurance work to repair/remediate mold from the leak. It was not their typical service, but that said, when the person came he was not prepared and while her was on the clock he kept having to leave to get parts, so a job that could have taken an hour took him more. We know others that have had work done by them, and they usually do great work. I think the person that came out was not the best person for the plumbing job.
