Our craftsmen offer an extensive variety of skills to handle most of your home maintenance, repair and renovation needs. With our many years of experience and diversified abilities, Mini Jobs has successfully completed over 30,000 residential and commercial jobs. We began with one man bent on offering quality and customer satisfaction which continues to date. All work is guaranteed. We are licensed, bonded and insured. We have thrived for over 25 years because of repeat business and customer referrals. As our name implies, we specialize in small home repairs. We hang pictures, change light bulbs, fix walls, doors, ceilings, floors, tiles, etc. Our motto is "No job to small; no hole too big." We also handle larger projects that take one week or more. Description of Work: It was to construct a outdoor shed in my backyard for yard tools and etc. There was an issue of it leaking with the folks at Mimi Jobs investigated and resolved without an extra effort on my part. They charge by the hour and I felt it ended up being more expensive to get this in place than I would have expected. And for whatever reason the folks that came out to do the job really unnerved my wife who insisted they never come back. I’m not sure how real all that was but it got my attention and so I would consequently not use the firm again. Generally I thought they did a good job on what I requested, though being more expensive than I would have expected. Given the other issues I mention I would not feel comfortable recommending them.

[removed member name]: Thank you for your comment. It tells me we have to pay more attention to making the customer more confortable. I see from my notes we completed this job over 1 year ago. I was on the job most of the time and no one was home most of the time. As you know we had to follow a 97 page instruction booklet, and the manufacturer, who was not very responsive, admitted that the units that leaked, needed extra parts that they shipped to us a week later, And we installed for no additional cost. I am glad you like the final outcome, but I'm very concerned and would like to know what made youe wife uneasy. Since it was over 1 year ago, perhaps she is confusing us with some one else.
