Working with Mike was great because he has a lot of experience in the area market and with negotiatons. He was very good at guiding me through the process and explaining all the ins and outs. Then a few years later, I was evaluating the move vs. renovate decision and called Mike to get his input. Mike explained our options and the state of the current market so we could evaluate the options. Since he has seen the real estate market from all the angles (buyer, seller, developer), his input was very useful and has helped us tremendously! We decided to renovate and Mike helped us understand what to do and how to do it in a cost effective way. I may not need a realtor for a while, but I recommend Mike to anyone I know who is looking for a real estate agent.
