+ -1 moreMike wanted money up front to purchase the equipment and he delivered it the next day and put all the parts in the garage--this was Feb 7, Mike came one day about Feb 17 and put in one air handler and thermostat. Everyday, Mike had an excuse for why he could not come to the house. From a death in the family, gas leak, big commercial contract, jury duty--sometimes he did not respond to phone or text message. He finally finished the work on Feb 29th. The work was done well though he did not bring a helper as he had promised and my sister had to help him carry things up to the attic. Mike is a nice guy but works when he wants to.
Description of Work: Mike had to replace a 2 ton and 3 ton heat pump system in my house, including new air handlers, all parts had been stolen from property.
